nice phone, but 2 main reasons I dont buy it
1) too big in size, body should not be bigger than 140 x 70 mm (this is absolut maximum to use it by one hand and hold in pants pocket). Redmi 3 is bit smaller and also not comfortable to use, but I understand need of compromise between body and display size. So, Redmi 3 have absolute max bidy size and cutting bezels can even have larger display without increasing body.
2) why battery only 3080? Redmi 3 have 4000 and it is still not enough! I would rather double it not to cut down.

Note: Huawei launched 9 Lite & 7X in March month and today 7A & 7C in India, Lenovo S5, K5 & K5 play are about to launch and then Oppo Realme therefore it's time for Xiaomi to modify the hardware and software to retain the top position in India

Top that off with however good any Mediatek SoC is, that seals that unfortunate deal.
