Why in 2018 every smartphone maker using a plainly stupid aspect ratio and/or resolution? 153mm is the max lenght (tolerance) for my comfort.

All the good looking phones from Xiaomi this year have the 5.99inch diagonal shape (and from a RN4X user), it's bigger than what I want to upgrade my phone to.

So xiaomi had to increase the redmi note 5 Pro price by 1000 INR. Redmi S2 would be positioned below Note 5 if its launched in India. If launched below 9k, its a good buy.

ASUS and Honor are bringing great features below this price range. But why Xiaomi acting like AH. They brought "Redmi Note 5 Pro" at 13999 which was affordable and features were all great. Before i buy the phone they increased the price around 1000 INR. That's why i moved to buy Honor 9 lite. Now they Redmi S2 has lesser features then "Redmi Note 5 Pro" and they have given 15k price tag. why should we buy this phone, if we need little lesser camera and battery then honor is absolutely awesome phone....this seems like S2 launch is a strategy to sell "Note 5 Pro" at the same price.....good job Xiaomi !!! I am not buying it

because of flash sales i totally lost my interest on redmi mobiles and better buy some other phones costlier than these.
