Buy redmi 4 in place of y1 lite if you love camera and big screen then go for y1 lite but redmi 4 has metal body,big battery,fingerpring sensor and 435 chipset which is very good than y1 lite

When you pay under Rs 7,000 INR for a phone like Y1 lite, please do not expect it to have DSLR like quality of photos.
Appreciate it for what it has to offer AT THE PRICE POINT. It is meant at a target customer who wants a simple, basic, large screen phone with all the necessary bells and whistles with a decent battery life and at a budget price.

I got this phone first day in Malaysia .
good phone overall ; but here is some bugs .
when listening to whatsapp audio and someone sends you a message the audio goes to the speaker and everyone can here it .
the video recording sound is the worst as it cancels all the background sounds and you can only here people talking like a horror movie .
they need to fix theses ASAP

Good phone, miui 8.5 (9 soon), but have split screen with miui 8.5.6.0, 7.1.2 nougat on board. God battery life. Back cover and sides is made of plastic :(

Camera of this phone is very bad as like front camera- 2 MP and rear camera - 8 MP. Redmi - 4 and redmi note - 4 are super phone. Redmi Y1- camera- bad,
Battery- not good
Ram & ROM- Good
Overall don't buy redmi y1.
