Plz guys think twice before u buy any Xolo products, They have got many Best Phones at cheaper rates, But there Service is very poor.....Its been 40 days now ..I didn't get my Xolo Q1000 phone Yet from the service centre...

    i purchased xolo mobile phone 9 months ago.......till 7 months it was running fine but afterwards its speakers got bursted...i gave it to the service center and i got it back after 3 days.....the speaker got corrected but quality got degraded...as i was in hurry so i took it and went to delhi...for some work.....just after using it for one week....speakers got bursted again.........and after one more week....power button stopped working........i went to service centre and they told that it would be sent to company & ll take 20-25 days.....so i returned from there and got it repair just in 150rs from a local shop in just half an hour.....than i returned to my hometown...again after 2 weeks its touch screen stopped working.....i went to service center and they told as you have shown it to some other local vendor...so its warranty have got broken...and ll have to pay rs2500 for repairment....bullshit XOLO................and even for that they needed one month ...thats impossible for me to live without phone.......and when i asked them for what the service centres are being opened...they told....its only a collection centre............fucking XOLO company.........so i would suggest you to never go for xolo......totally a waste of money....and worst service ever....

        Never upgrade to 4.4.2, you cant make a call or receive a call. This doesnt happen at first but it happens after i upgrade the new version. There is an issue in network plus the internet.
        Soon my phone will go to OLX.com.

          Very worst service given from delhi service center,near nirman vihar.
          It was a big mistake buying a xolo mobile.
          Worst company bad, care service, bad mobiles,
          Don't go for Xolo phone , their service is the worst ,plz don't buy a Xolo

                Hi quality of the product is very low . speaker will get damaged very quickly it is the common problem. Service centers will disappoint us. . I got touch screen issue in my zolo q1000 in the first week of my purchase. Later speaker got damaged. Overall don't waste ur valuable money for this low class product....in indian company micromax is better in service I own a product already.

                        Guys, please don't buy xolo devices. Its worst customer care is very annoying. If you get any problem in your handset or accessories you need to wait for months together. Please please don't give your money to them. They will not treat you as a customer and keep redirecting between service centers and customer care. You will loose your time. I have xolo q1000 handset and I got battery problem. They took my battery for replacement and its been close to 2 months. I haven't got my batery. Just wasting my time.

                          never purchase any product of XOLO

                          My XOLO phone get blue screen, green screen, anytime front camera will loaded..XOLO will work only one year, while finish the warranty... 3rd quality phone and service...before 4 days my XOLO phone get finished warranty..and now this problem will occur...

                          better buy nokia product...

                          never trust on XOLO

Worst Mobile company service I have ever seen. :(

                                I purchased “XOLO Q1000 Opus” from Amazone.in

                                Amazon.in Order #402-7480938-9410707

                                I received the delivery of the phone on 29-06-2014 21:30

                                On Saturday 19 July 2014 10:43, In my office I was talking to a colleague, suddenly after 4 mins of call, I was unable to hear.
                                I thought the problem must be at the other end or with the Network as my phone is just 20 days old.
                                But the condition persisted for next few calls.
                                I Reset the phone several times and checked the condition only to discover that the ear speaker of the phone stopped working.

                                The customer care centers work through week days only and their functioning falls within my working hours (10 to 5 only).
                                Also they tell that I have to keep my phone ther for 8 to 10 days for repairing only and they are not able to provide me a standby phone.

                                I have been managing my calls through speaker phone

                                But now speaker phone is also not functioning well and the people at the other end complain the clarity of my voice.
