dont buy any of Xolo mobile. They are selling faulty mobile, me and my friend were bought new xolo q600s mobile both has problem so we gave it service on 15 july 2014 till now we are waiting to get our mobile. always the service people said like your mobile is in under repair and very poor service. pls dont buy Xolo mobile if you buy you ill get more struggle.

    If you do not want to avail after sales service you can buy XOLO mobile.
    After sales service is very poor and the service centre is working like a single vendor , they donot care about customes.

          the worst service ever.. i submitted my phone on 12/7/14 and till date bo news.. n they dont even rply to emails or answwer the calls.. now aftr so much complaining they r replacing my handset with a lower value handset. pathetic!!!!!

            I am not satisfied with the XOLO mobile. This people are not concern about consumer. This co need 2 month to repair mobile.shame on their part.

                I purchased this model in dec 2013, Till now I dont have any problem with this phone except the battery which gets heat if I play any game, but other than this I dont have any issue with this phone. I love it

                  Xolo mobile service is 3 rd class. I submit my xolo q1000 mobile on 18/06/2014 & till date on 22/08/2014 my mobile in under repair.

                        i don't have words to describe my experience about XOLO.Xolo has worst customer care service, one can ever have on earth.I regret i could have read the reveiw of XolO phones on GSM arena.This is worst phone available in market at present. Please never buy any product from XOLO.With in a week time after i puchase XOLO Q1000, the battery started giving trouble. I had handed over battery for replacement 18 july , still to get my battery back. Customer care no. always switched off. I feel like throwing this phone in the river.

                                Never upgrade to 4.4.2, you cant make a call or receive a call. This doesnt happen at first but it happens after i upgrade the new version. There is an issue in network plus the internet.

                                  No q1000 Is the best model of xolo but never give handset for repairing in service centres because i shocked when i saw that the workers working in service centres are new beginner so dont give ur handset to them

                                        Come what may, don't ever buy XOLO Phones.
                                        They are the nth rated fellows when it comes to service and spares. People must move to consumer forum and teach them a good lesson for false promises and taking them for a ride.
                                        Even the initial money you invest on their phones is utter loss and you will definitely repent for it.
