xolo has the wrose service service ever encountered....i am from dehradun

    Hi guys don not purchase it, even any of xolo phone. i have purchased XOLO Q1000 1 month past, a problem was created that Power button not working properly, it's to hard and i have to press 2 or 3 time, So i bring the phone in Sector 32, Chandigarh Customer Care and they told me "Your Phone will go to Delhi Sever Center and it will take 2-3 weeks" to resolve the problem. I am very sad with this XOLO Brand.

      Q -700 bought in May. Within 3 -4 days I started experiencing problems with your phone. 3-4 days later the service center. No Response butt. Just about 6 times in 4 months and 1 in Services Center Noida factory shipped in time for 23 days. But the company could not do anything. 1 new problem and gave him to the right place. And nearly 10 times missed call I'm also in the company's customer support. But he can not seem to help. I assumed the company's Finley I can not help it.

                its not the worst fone , i would like to say the brand itself is is blunder !!! investing money over this brand is axing ur own feet ... i got Xolo Q1000 opus 2 ..... it start troubling me since the 5th 6th day ,,,,, the network drops , battery exhausted, screen blinnked ........ no Wi Fi connectivity , unlock button went of the order ...extremely heating upto 52 degrees ... accessory related problem .......... twice i have send it to the Repair factory .......... resulting just another few more thousand losses while travelling and still wont be able to use it !!!! Xolo is Hell the fone is just dummy lying in my almiraah !!!

                  brought xolo q1100 in march'14.
                  by mistake it has fallen down and it's display got braked after 2 month in may.i have been to service center for repairs 2-3 time i was fed off.there was no display available. till today i have just kept the mobile as an show piece.

                          its about 8X 1000
                          dont purches it ....my fst cell was overheating within 5minits n earspeaker was not responding ...then I god DOA & again that was also faulty pieces having no battery backup ...so its full of wasting ur money, precious time..purchesing xolo its totally headache ......

                              using xolo q1000 since 1st feb2014.
                              Performance is awesome no problems.
                              Jst 1 thing it needs to show external memory instead of it shows phone memory, thats why m unable to move installed apps to external sd card

                                very bad service, went three time in service center in three months for the same reason, dead due to over heat, they nearly take one month for repairs, means they will keep phone with them for repairs until warranty n after warranty they will give it to u to throw it away.

                                  pls dont purchase the mobile.i am not rushing through the decision.my XOLO Q700 gave 1st problem in only 5months. the battery swelled. it swelled so much that it was about to explode then i have to puncher it myself. now i approached a so called authorized repair center for xolo. which charged me Rs 200 extra for the battery.cost of the battery is around 400 but that person took 600 from me.
                                  after 11 months the left side screen of my mob did not respond. then the Home, Back and menu buttons did not respond.
                                  again service center took almost 20 days to decide to send to noida center. after much calls and procedures. then the company send back a used Q700s mobile after 2 months which has multiple problems. the mobile takes 12hrs for getting fully charged. then 1 hr use makes the mobile so hot that u can almost make Omelet on it.
                                  so choosing lower cost mobile will land u with worst mobile experience and a company which does not have no regards for customer care.
                                  i also checked with two of my friend who has worst experience with other hand sets of xolo.

                                    Had purchased Q-800 in April. Within a month i started facing problems with its video quality. Sent the mobile for repairs in July and still haven`t received my phone back. Repeated reminders to the Xolo customer service and the local service center, evokes only one response that the phone is under repair and there is no escalation to seniors option available Its almost 45 days now and wonder how long should i wait. Very disappointed with XOLO product and services.

                                      Xolo products and their service is the worst I have ever seen. My Q1000S touch was damaged within 4 months of the purchase and it took 75 days for the company to repair it and return. This, in spite of my repeated reminders through phone and e-mail.

                                      I have also had a problem with Q1000Opus which is submitted to the repair center on 9th August. I got an SMS saying the expected delivery date is 29-08-2014, a word they have not kept and I am at a loss. I think the authorities should close down this company for their blatant violation of consumer rights and defrauding people.
