anyone plzz tell me about its storage that if we want to play good and big games like asphalt 7 on Xolo Q1000 we can't because of its low internal space(free = 0.99gb)internal memory can we transfer these apps to sd card(external memory).if we can plzz tell me how ???

Very bad customer service, people in customer care wont be able to tell you exact status of your complaints.
My Phone (Q1000) went dead after 4 days of use and today after almost 10 days, I have no idea what is the status of my phone and when will I get it back.
Some other facts regarding after sales service:
1) No one can submit the phone directly at service center.
2) Either you have to submit the phone at the collection point (only 3 in Delhi and none in Gurgaon) or Xolo will provide the pickup service from your doorstep (looks great but rarely you will find you area code in the pickup areas).
3) Xolo will take 9-10 days in picking up the phone from the collection point (in my case I got the handset receiving confirmation email on 9th day) and after repairing the handset will be sent back at the collection point and you can collect it from there(In my case I haven't received even after 10 days).

plz don't consider this as biased review...
i m using this phone since 1 months and its my 30th fone since 2003.....its best fone i have...i had read reviews of this mob some positive and some negative what i m feeling about this fone want to share honestly here...
positives
1.low price
2.quad core
3.nice resolution
4.never lags after installing near about 50 app
5.battery life 1.5 days after using internet for at least 4 hr in a day
6.premium feel not feeling as china mob...i feel its look is much better than s4
7.4.2 jelly bean
negatives
1.i heard customer service is not good.....but up till now i had not come across with this issue so...i m not confirmatory about this negative.
its perfect value for money perfect....
save ur hard earned money .....if u r like me geek obsessed from middle class

I recently bought this phone..But i've a problem regarding its inbuilt memory ..its showing that it has an internal memory of mere 1.76GB.. in specs its 4GB of im..plz help nd after connecting this phone 2 my pc ...i can't even transfer or copy paste any of the Apk Apps ..not even videos in phone memory as it is showing an error message showing wrong diskette etc...can any1 help me???

Really satisfied... Fully charged battery backup 80 hours lasted with 50 to 60 mins call time and 20 mins 3G net usage and 10 mins of temple run game.

Never buy a xolo mobile worst after sale service,they dont have trained employees to repair the phone, no management inside the office , even their costumer care doesn't have full information, they are only meant to tell costumer that your mobile is under repair and will dispatched within 48 hours , but their 48 hours will never end.... shame on you vishal sehgal
