I m using it from past 15 days, believe me its qorking smoothly
when i purchased it i wasnt sure about its camera quality and gprs speed
now, i am pretty much satisfied with data speed and as far as camera is concern, its superb in day light and good in night
original Accesories are not in the market yet, so universal accesories have to be used.
its a fantastic phone, worth buying

problem in my XOLO Q1000 after 15 days of purchasing it, submitted it
at the repair center for 22 days, gOt the phone back after much
complaining to higher authorities and customer service. The screen was
not fixed and it was just formatted and sent back.
AND TO TOP IT ALL MY PHONE WAS BACK AT THE SERVICE CENTER WITHIN 10
DAYS AS PER THE JOB SHEET AND EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS XOLO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TELLING ME THAT THE PHONE IS STILL UNDER REPAIRS WHILE ALL THIS TIME PEOPLE AT THE SERVICE CENTER WERE USING MY PHONE. I FOUND MY PHONE WAS USED WITH ANOTHER AIRCEL SIM AND THERE WERE CALL RECORDS IN MY PHONE.

Note: Lava Manufactures XOLO Phone and warranty is from LAVA International.
My repeated attempts to contact Xolo or their business heads for a
replacement device failed and they dont reply. But make sure you mark
all the mails to these email because at lease people from XOLO Noida
Headquarters will call you and enquire about and this is how at least, I got my phone back, although without repairs after 22 days.
ADVICE: Keep those emails and correspondence with you and file a complaint with Consumer Court. Let me know if anyone wants to file a case with the Consumer court.

i totally agree with u i bot a new lava iris 501 just after month i was facing problem wiht quewerty key pad i want to type x, c gets typed go type d, F gets typed i went to their service centre in kandivali they are giveing me vague asnwers they have to send my phone to noida for serviceing which will take 10 days its pathetic Pls guys do not trust these indian brands or else you have to run from pillar to post for their service centre and then only god will save you from such agony n trouble.

hai guys i got xolo q 1000 phone on 10.7.2013 but got konked within 15 days i had called the customer care but even after 3 days there is no response i hate this type of service these people are providing.
xolo as anew entry must be shortage of service resource but it has to still have the commitment to serve the unhappy customer. i hope they reach to me after putting up negative comment regularly about their phone.
could some one help me to send my phone to the service center as it si only two weeks old

Does XOLO Q1000 has Gyroscpoe, Ambient Light Sensor and Magnetometer which are already present in Q800 ?

Hi Friends, Soon i m planning to buy a XOLO q1000, where to find it in mumbai n from Good store like The Mobile Store or croma or vijay sales. Pls friend suggest as i have gone through der website its not showing there, also what will be the actual price now.
