Today I have charged my phone completely.when I pressed the start button, the phone started. I have received update message for few apps. After 2 appps were updated, phone started updating Google + app. At that time phone display has stopped completely. Now the condition is that if somebody calls me, I can here the ringtone but can not take the call as there is no display.
Can anybody please help?

The battery is easily getting heated up. Kitkat update is horrible, XOLO should have done proper testing before releasing the update. They should release a fix asap

Let the battery drain/discharge completely (use normally till percentage goes to zero, and the phone switches off). After that, charge it fully to 100% in a single stretch. The stats should get reset .. (You may need to repeat the cycle a couple of times till the battery gets recalibrated).

Hi all, I am planing to buy this phone. I have seen in mall, the white version. However I could not see black one. Pls tell me whether black model of this phone looks better than white?? The online price for black model is more than white model currently.

Xolo security app is damn good..
just ask your friend to try 4 wrong patern lock, it auto captures his photo and you will get an email with your friends' photo regarding misplace of your phone...

Hi guys,
I have bought this handset a month ago and I am relatively satisfied with it. There is a problem with the notification led changing colours without fully charging the battery. It changes from red to blue, when the phone is being charged and the battery level reaches 99%. I have recently updated to Kitkat, now sometimes the led changes colour and also the battery percentage shows fully charged in a matter of minutes. After removing from charging point, the battery gets drained again in minutes. I want to know, if anyone is facing the same problem?

The left side frst button is the" options" button when you press it if any options additional options i mean are available in the window on which you are viewing will pop up if any window does not have any additional options available for you on it then no popup will appear tried once experience on your own generally when you are using the phone just press the options button and you will start understanding how it works this is same as in the earlier nokia phones in which we used to have a button ' options' and depressed we use to get additional options to work on that page

Hello folks,
Today I have updated my XOLO Q1010i to Kitkat over wifi. After updating I have faced following problems.
Almost all my apps have disappeared.
Few apps remaining are not working at all such as Clean Master.
Even Camera is not working.
Then I have tried to restart the phone but after switching off, it did not get restarted.
Can anyone help? I have tried to start the phone by pressing the start button it does not work.
Please help..................

Hi...
After update I'm facing these problems...
Anybody can confirm this...
1. I can't use third party file explorer like fx or es to copy files to USB drive..
2. Play store is taking too much time to install apps...n sometime downloading stops n also download manager disappeared from notification area...
3. 3g and 2g connection sometime stops...m talking about net connection...
4. I can't use du battery saver...it not updates battery temp and %..as in jelly bean..
Pls comment n if find solution pls reply..
