This phone is very good looking specially in white colour and have a good build quality. Good camera,good performance,average battery life,very good screen and software rarely lags(ignourable).
Totally it is a good phone and to its looks9.5/10

Guys, yes its true that by going for an Indian manufacturers, we give up our hopes of after sales service. This is true not just with Xolo but with all brands. However this phone is made to last. Please ignore all fake battery issues posted as comments. It is merely a fault in that particular piece. Battery life is above average. Regarding breaking of screen, friends this one has Dragontrail display, quite durable and equally good to Gorilla glass 3. Now decide for yourself. Dont go for fake reviews. See the reviews of people who purchased it.

Buy it if your budget is just 11000. If you can extend your budget buy something which has Corning Gorilla glass. If even by mistake you drop this phone then remember you have to pay 5000 just to get the display replaced!!!

Dear All,
As some said its worth for the paid, & some said its complaints,,,,
Please think,,,its a low cost handset with all latest features,,,there may be some defects for all sets,,,
if the service center's can't offer for the mistake happens from our end, because of the cost may be higher considering its margin,
but obviously its a good handset than motoG, considering camera and other performance,,,,,
Considering its speed performance, i hope its intel chipset inside,
Use XOLO POWER, its a best software, and get better battery backup.
Company sell low cost headset only, but we have good handset & when we choose to buy a good headset as per our features its the best.
Its ultimately a good value worth set,,,
i hope the nother persons receives less volume considering sound, some times they say ,, pls speak loud. its actually a defect,,, so check this and purchase....

This is a true story regarding my Xolo Experience. You decide if you want to buy or not.
In short the company main motto is to fleece customers out of their hard earned money. Their after sales service is pathetic and I would recommend spend another 5000 rupess and buy another branded phone instead of Xolo.
1) Purchased the phone in May 2014. Was impressed with the phone except for the battery and the sound. Call quality is
exteremely good.
2) The phone accidentally fell down from my hand on the ground from a very short distance. The display broke immediately.
First fall and the display is gone. I was not able to do anything.
3) Took the phone to the service centre in Kopherkhairne (New Mumbai). It is a very small centre with 3 employees and a
receptionist. Doesnt look like a great place. The technician examined the phone and said that the display will have to be
replaced. I told him that the phone is in warranty and is purchased just 3 weeks back. He said that it is physical damage and
wont be covered. I asked him what kind of phone are you selling which break down in such a small fall. He said he cant say
anything about it and if i wanted to get it repaired 1 would have to spend 5000.
So for a phone for which I purchased it 10700, I have to spend 5000 to get it repaired.
4) Went to another service centre in Malad. It seems that the service centre itself has closed down. This is not updated in the website. The number given on site does not work at all.
5) Thought a lot, checked with my friends. They wer of the view that i should just throw away this phone and get new one insted of spending 5000. Anyways I decided to get it repaired as i am not a rich guy to buy new phone immediately.
6) Went to the service centre in Kopherkhairne again. Asked him if the company would take this phone back again and pay me money for the same. The service centre guy says since it is physical damage, it is considered out of warranty and I will get only Rs 1000. So this is another way of cheating customers. I asked him if they take credit card payment. He said that they will but charge 2% extra. So another way of cheating. Dealing in cash and earning black money.
7) Asked him whether the phone will be sent back to Xolo for repairs. He said No and it will be repaired in the service centre itself. I was shocked and thought what kind of service is this which repairs the screen there itself. I was not sure what screen they are going to put. I confirmed if it would be original Xolo.He said not to worry and it would be original.
8) There was a scratch guard on the phone. Asked whether I would get a new one after repairs. He said No and i would have to purchase it myself. Another way of cheating customers. They take 5000 for service but cant give a scratch guard. What nonsense.
9) Collected my phone after a week. The screen has been replaced. Its been two days and i would post further updates regarding the overall performance.
