1. Sloftwaee update was done via ota .
2. Can't find lgpro app. HD cam focus calculator s paid app. I used pics art don't.. No use.
3. I inserted my memory card after formatting it so no virus. Plus I have clean master app. I even did factory reset uninstalled all app and just kept the default phone settitngs used it camera worked from r few hours and again same prob " unfortunately gallery has stopped working." I even tried force stopping gallery and opening camera again no use. And touch also has a prob. It behaves rogue. Sometimes won't respond and sometimes it like I just pat on my flop cover and automatically the pattern is touched. Some or other apps open (flip cover s open by the way completely ). Sometimes the touch is awesome.. If these two issues can be fixed hell yeah this will be the phone , perfect phablt.

So far I haven't find a solution to fix this default camera app. Problem. I have installed HD camera ultra yo take pictures. But it lacks features like panorama and camera pixels switchability. Is there a beyter camera app. Which can take panorama's with good features. If any one found a solution for the problem plz do post here.

Guys ,
This phone is gr8 infact just fab,im a happy user both with money and performance ,I have installed loads loads of a aap ,my office exchange runs 24/7 along with lync 2010,with wifi/3g almost 18hrs a day. Never faced any hang issue or lag .
I have not been following these posts,hence Im not sure what issues others are facing. .
@sunny ,let me know the below :
+Was the update done via OTA or software update through FOTA (Version-S123toS125)listed in xolo site.
+have you tried any other cam software like lgpro ,HD cam or others ?if not try it..
+seems there is a virus in your phone ,have you tried factory default along with full format of the SD card.
This should be the last thing to do .
@prem rvs : Read my old posts early dec, this issue is already fixed it records in full HD.
@Max: buddy what is the release date of the update ?
when you say touch is not working ,is it all over the phone display or some touch points .
+try touch calibration app ( Calibration Test) from gplay and let me know if it makes any difference. Others please dont try this unless facing issues.
@Raghu: flipkart is the best,if you are ready to part a little extra and what you gain is a 30days replacement :if not happy with the product get it replaced in 30days.

Please somebody help me when i open camera so it started after few minute camera respond that unfortuntly camera stopped.so i had reset;factory reset the phone so camera worked after a hour it again stuck...so plz give me you suggestion....plz help..what to do?¿????..

We have problems with the camera working... We have to restart to make it work.. But after sometime of usage of other apps etc same prob... We need solution..

Kindly know some basic facts 1st the camera which is present in tat q2000 is mentioned 13mp so there is no fake in it
Result why u see the difference is bigger screen with low pixel in display there is the difference take a photo in it xolo q2000 and share the photo to any Samsung device s4 or note 3, iphone5 and check the picture quality it will be good ;-)
Low cost for tat worthy is fine

I ha... moreya it works after restart. i know. but cant restart every time camera stops working. and touch sometimes behaves like its mad.. must lock and press the unlock button again. its ok.. can adjust but camera :(. ll rooting it help?? those who are using the phone from 2-3 months please reply..
