hi... my xolo q2000 got an update today... but even after the update i m facing a prob with camera.. it doesnt start. it shows black screen and says unfortunately the gallery has stopped working.. What might be the prob.. if anyone faced such prob or facing such prob let me know whats to be done..

kiran, 28 Feb 2014Dear users, please be frank on your comments on XOLO Q2000 ... moreFrankly speaking camera quality is good for the price you are paying, however don't compare with lumia series. Day light photos are quite good whereas low lights are useless. For mega pixels the maximum it supports is 13 MP. Please experiment it with some of the camera apps, some of them support 12 MP and some 13 MP. therefore depends on the apps configurations too.
Colour reproduction is quite natural..... bottom line app depended. Front camera does the job but nothing great.

no its 13 megapixel is just like 5 megapixel of samsung and nokia lumia..

Try setting it to 230 dpi or 210 dpi. I think these values work fine. Well, since ur fone has boot-looped, try perfoming a factory reset via CWM recovery.

Adding to my review are couple of points one good feature is once the battery is charged till 100% it cuts of the input current thus saving the battery's life, well didn't find this feature on my nexus 7. This model has physical buttons therefore saving screen's real estate good design too.

I have been using this phone since Feb 6th. So far the phone is working great, display is quite nice, performance is good and fast, touch is ok but not feather touch, fit and finish is quite good.
Camera is good in daylight but low light shots are a disappointment however to get best out of the camera try installing several apps from the playstore and pick the one suits best for you (you be amazed to find the variances of the photographs). Front camera too same but has lesser pixel. Videos are quite good and may need some tweaking by video editors.
Networks on call and data are quite satisfactory, data speeds are as good as in nokia phones and same goes for the browser too. Please get at least 16 or 32 GB SD card and install apps on to it unless until specified for best performance and response also at least class 10 card.
Wifi, Wifi-hotspot, bluetooth works as specified and thumbs up. Both SIM slots are 3G enabled but only one can be used at a time and that a great feature to have. Switching is effortless and takes nearly 10 seconds. Didn't find any heating issue during normal usages but observed slight heating while charging, take it as normal.
For battery I am getting nearly 1.5 days backup (i.e. 1/2 hr call, 1-2 hr chatting, 1-2 hr browsing......) try using other battery power management apps. Fully charged battery takes at least 3 hrs.(i.e. low 14% till 100% full level)
Problems : 3rd party launchers don't behave properly, it freezes camera apps native as well as others, when plugging in earphone jack for FM radio audio are channelized both in the loudspeaker and headphone simultaneously, however not a big problem but energy is dissipated therefore battery's backup.
My sincere concern is Xolo should release kitkat 4.4.2 as soon as possible to really experience this beast and also upgrade the firmware by correcting small or minor issues. Another concern is service is not Pan India, its the penultimate issue to really make it a first choice while purchasing a phone.
Ok so is it worth having this phone than spending 20k or 30k on a phone where core usage are thoroughly addressed. For now XOLO Q2000 way to go!!!

I am well satisfied about this phone except few things.The camera is unsteady or flickering.And I do not know about the motion sensor games in this mobile such as temple run,car racing etc....please give me a Solution for this.It would be useful for me and others too.thank you.....(in advance).
