Dont by the q3000 it is worse phone it just commits but good for nothing nor camera nor games graphics and the bigest problem is kitkat version shamless they are bluntly saying kitkat dosent in this q3000 properly so jelly bean se kaam chalao so dont by this phone at all i had problem from 3rd day onward and not a single problem total 8 problem it increase after 7th day so you cant replace nor refund it i read all review i thought it would b fake comment but they were true the q3000 is total defective buy if u hv to bare with it Hv a gd lck

Last i am using Xolo Q2000 with this use mobile Skype yahoo messengers when your using the cam is not working. when i call to CC there is Senior Level person told me very rood and he is duffer kind of person and they are replace my set after 11 times but always with same problem they are not able to solve that problem and there is no one responsible person. i recommend to all purchase other one not this Mobile services is very very very very very bad. last i am hit my mob in the wall and purchase other one. Same condition with Xolo 3000 your not use 2 or more vedio call application after that the cam is not working. after restart the cam mobile is working for 1 hours only.

Your phone might be deffective because i am using Xolo Q3000 past five months and i am a heavy gamer and chatting is my hobby. I have seen grand 2 in action and in lot of hands and it is nothing in front of Q3000 both in terms of screen clarity and performance. yes camera of Grand 2 is better then Q3000 but not front cam, its just rear one. But in all other aspect Grand 2 is a crappy shit in front of Q3000. Anyways i guess your luck was not good in this segment as you suffered from Q3000 and bought a much worse phone again then Q3000. I love Q3000 and would definitely use it for at least one and half year more. try out Moto G2 that might be a good phone. Best of luck :)

nk, 15 Sep 2014is it comparable to Samsung phones ?Its not just comparable but better then samsung crapshits available at this price or even a bit higher like Grand 2. yes samsung s3 and note 2 are the best legends of samsung but then they are way too costlier then xolo q3000. so we should not compare them with q3000 and say samsung is better. so decide yourself whether you want a less branded full featured immersive experience phone like Q3000 or some big branded but crappy phones like samsung comes up every now and then and fools indian people. choice is yours :)

i have use this mobile kitket 4.4.2 last 10 days & face some problem as per detail below
1 Sim 2 not work properly (signal not clear ) i have use all company sim
2 every time lock screen open
3 mobile over hit
4 after lock by pattern or pin mobile open & emergency call or camera work automatically if the screen tuch
5 play store not work from mobile data (open only wi-fi )
6 Sometimes its power button does not work properly.

sahil, 14 Sep 2014Guyss....i wnt to upgrade my xoloq3000 to kikat...hw cn i u... moreGo to service center and update the KitKat freely but if you want to root it, than don't update to KitKat because rooting of KitKat is very very difficult (jelly bean 4.2.1 can be easily rooted and unrooted with frama root).
There are no other disadvantages
