I have purchased brad new XOLO Q700 phones but after 6 months the battery is swollen and the service center guys reply me the battery is not available on the store so inward your battery and wait for 1 months or more to replace your battery...
Really poor service from XOLO.

Hi I am using xolo Q 700 and the battrey got buldge (swollen) within 7 months. This is manufacturers error they have to replace and redesign the battrey for this handset.
Anyways i was able to find a new battrey on Shopclues website. As they hae plenty of battrey in Stock for Xolo Q 700. But xolo Please work out on this. This is really ridiculous as the battrey can burst and harm our family members and of course after this you can be screwed up.

U wil surely face prblm with d battery of xolo phones after 7-8 mnths. And trust me it is almost near to impossible to get a new one unless u go for a local battery option. I got stupid ans from their cust care nd srvs centres bt did not get d battery. Now in future i wil rather go for samsung ph instead off a cheap xolo ph. They r jst selling d ph bt what abt d aftr sale service???

I am using Xolo q700 & my friend also, after five month our battery damaged, and battery not available in Xolo care, battery is the big issue for this mobile. Now I am using Nokia battery

I have this beauty for last one year today its birthday super phone so fast without single hang still battery is good no service center required till now I use daily for 10 hours for battery issues simply charge it in shutdown position if this phone available grab it if u r Lucky this phone has original Intel motherboard

do not go witth Q700 because you will not get battery if its not working on damaged.i placed an request on feb 2014 since four months i did not get it...

Hi,
This is worst phone. Initially it looks good but for long time experience it's not good. The earphone was stopped working within a month. It was permanently locked due to "Xolo Care" app and customer care do not have any options but to format it. Now screen is not clear and battery is swollen. Do not buy it if you want to save yourself.

Accessories ... moreeven my battery has also bulged so it must be surely a manfacturing defect so let's ask for a legal replacement since it is not the problem of the single customer. the bulging has been occuring for so many so it is the manfacturers problem

Xolo q700 battery bulged and i tried purchase through service centre but unavailable. Now I am using Nokia 5c battery with applying support and it is working nice. So u try it once but make conferm any drawback of it.

rediculous battery ... rubbish service center facility..never purchase this phone .. really bad service by company ..company has not provided me new battery till now.2 months has left still waiting for battery ..
