I have seen worst mobile phone in my life. Very bad service after sale. inexperience service center totally useless. Display problem cant be always due to physical damages. Totally illiterate people are deciding whether it is physical damage or company problems. Very bad service response.

I am not getting any kitkate updates from xolo care app. On xolo site q700s kitkate update instruction manual names q 500s lite . please tell me any one how can I get trusted kitkate updates for q700s .

7months no problem in my q700s.....one problem is there but they were not solved and gave me fresh new q700s in just 2.5 weeks all those who tell that this phone is not giving battery backup..i tell that this phone is giving me almost 1.5 days on 100% charge i also tell u that jellybean gives better battery backup and kitkat give less battery backup

XOLO Q700S is good but battery is not good . i purchage this mobil in month of may but right now battery is so fat i can not cover back side cover .
so battery problem .

wht r de proper camera settings in xolo q700s.my camera is not working proprly.nothing happnd by restor of camera settings. I think some settings problems r there...
please tll me ...

XOLO Q700S.- very heeted phone highest temp 48°C,incoming call low quality,very very low voluem rington,music,alarm,handset..!!!!!!!

bad features:
very frequently signal drop to 0%.
low battery backup.
touch is not good.
camera also not good.
hangs at any time.
restart pblm.
become hot.

I am using this handset for last 3 months and the phone is not so good Below u found the good and bad features of Xolo q700s
Good features
1- It never hang or lags from Ist day of buy this phone its never hang
2- Awesome looks My frnds and relatives likes this by his looks it has a charmastic personality
3- Rear camera is awesome It beat Samsung galaxy core 2 My frnd has core 2 BT in day light the core2 donot have a power to adjust light BT in Xolo q700s u got BSI sensor which is working greatly
4- Supports all games with High graphics I play many games in it like Real racing 3, Riptide GP2 all r working properly also the phone has a good fps rating when u play subway surfers and higher frame rates games it never lags
5- Touch response in great....
Bad features
1- Poor battery If u r a gamer plz do not buy it the battery drops very fast if u play high graphics games
2- Front camera is Poor as we know it is a VGA BT for this price its cool
3- HEATING PROBLEM very common problem in all Xolo handset Its get heated in jst 10 mins. I am playing Real racing 3 and my phone gets heated up to 44°C I think Xolo has to fix this problem as soon as possible
4- Poor headsfree no base, only sound

Xolo is very bad phone.I m purchase xoloQ 700S.Now 2 months. in this time charger port prblm.& Hang problm.
Customer care not better. charger cable ke liye 3 times harrasment.but not receive cable.phone very hot.when use cal or msg or camera,battry backup not good.plz tel me what can do
