my xolo800 phone's camera suddenly stopped working yesterday. I am very much afraid to go to service centre after reading the reviews .Anyone faced this problem before, please suggest a solution.

xolo Q800 is a well defined fone., any1 who wnts 2 buy dz phone just buy dnt think of it.. It is best in world ever

handset is ok and used
but service center service is not good
my handset's touch not working after one months I buy it. after three months I did not get my phone back

Hi,
Want to know if this phone supports class 10 memory card.
If I go for 32 gb memory card then will it slow down my phone. Currently using class 6 - 16gb card and having no performance lag.

Guys ringtone and wallpapers changing to default, front camera dark in third party apps,etc are minor bugs of this phone, u cant solve this problem as of now, i contacted the R&D team of xolo, they said they are releasing a software update in first week of december which will solve all the bugs

Guys,install Power Amp in you xolo q800.It will pull out the maximum from this phone's music power. Excellent deep bass and wide range of equiilizer .Very good music.

Xolo Q800 Review
Service - Pathetic
Cost - Worthless
Support - Useless
Experience With Xolo:
I've purchased this device on August 12, 2013 and Faced problems on October 26, 2013. For rectifying the problem i've visited service center in Chennai(Please note for Entire Chennai Metro There is only one service center) directly after going the service place shocked to see that their service center closed for unknown reasons. From My home the service center is 17 Kms when i ring service people before going the place no one has picked call the numbers provided in website utterly wrong numbers. After this i've approached customer care on 28th October 2013 to check whether the service center working or not on 28th October the reason for asking support people is that local guys not picked my call even on 28th October 2013, the standard answer i got from Xolo Support team my system says they are working you just go there you can find them? My answer is they are working why not attending the calls? Answer from support No Idea? If i go there and they not available then what? First go there if not then we think this is the answer given by them? And when i said its not right way to answer and connect me to Team leader they make me wait for 47 minutes on the line.
After this night mare i've sent a mail to Support team they reverted saying sorry for this we just checked with the service you can handover the same.
After this reply i went and visited Xolo Center and got shocked to see some of the users experience in Service center(Visited Date Nov 9 2013)
One User got a problem in the same model(Q800) the problem is Mic Problem, They have taken the mobile and send it to Bangalore(Surprise yes Chennai Service point is just collection point they don't do service they will sent to Bangalore after collection but in web site they named it as service point) 30 days back but still not able to rectify the same. He requesting proper answer the reply from them IT IS IN BANGALORE.
After seeing this and some other cases i asked what is TAT. They told no TAT you have to wait till we reply i quoted above example then they say rashly if you don't trust JUST LEAVE THE PLACE. WHY YOU CAME HERE[PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE ANSWER IF ANY ONE ASK TAT ABOUT SERVICE]. After doing formalities and upon my insist they come back with me on Sunday (10th November 2013 around 3:30 pm in the evening) saying that they are sending the device to Bangalore and needs TWENTY DAYS TIME, I SAID WHY ANSWER COME AND COLLECT THE DEVICE YOU HAVE TO WAIT TWENTY DAYS FOR GETTING SERVICE DONE.
Here is the twist i got call from Delhi Support Team on 13th November 2013 asking about how is the service i explained above experience their answer Sorry Sir we will update the status information. And on 13th November at 12:26 Pm Chennai Service person called me when you submitted the device for us.. am surprised and asked check the filed job sheets you get answer for that, he abruptly cut the call. On the same day at 3:06 pm Delhi team called you device ready got and collect... surprised asked how it done in short time [As on Sunday they told me 20 Days and today at 12:30 one guy asked does i submitted or not ] their answer go and visit the service place. Taking in to above experience i tried to reach service people to the same numbers given website for 30 times no one picking the call....same story repeated i called Delhi team again... they told wait for a day and go tomorrow you can get device....
Now people decide again before going to purchase this mobile. Seeing intel processor but now i feel i made terrible mistake as i spent 11k and used only 2 months.

Guys u knw i search a loooot in india about which phone is best in a 10k rupees.
and looots of R&D i finalize this phone to buy this phone, this is bestest phn i ever had. its faaaar better from grand or nokia n series phone. even i didnt expect that this phn can give high level speed. i m totally fan of this phone. if u have looots of data like sms or other apps then this phone can manage everything. i plays game i text through all apps like whatsapp etc. i stored 10k sms on this phone and its running perfectly.
so dont hesitate if u looking for dual sim best android phone then go for it. specially in this price.

I bought this phone 2 weeks back .everything is awesome in this phone including battery, performance,camera..etc
But i m facing one problem ..regarding memory card..
When i switch on the phone ..everything like ringtone notifications set to default..and all the pictures from gallery are hided..plzz help me out..what can i do..?
