it does not ask for phone activation No. please see that Microsoft sends a number on your registered phone number which you have filled during the process for verification that the account has been created by a genuine person...this verification code comes on your mobile through sms. so wait until you get this number or simply click on the link 'i cant do this time" and go ahead. and yes I want to tell you that Xolo has got a very super update form Microsoft. After creating account you update your phone and Voila..u get Cortana after this update...feel free to ask anything about this phone

to Durga and Jony,
you have to create a Microsoft account either on hotmail.com or outlook.com. be patient, Microsoft is not as responsive as google and it takes strict measures to verify the users. Be sure that you have a good reception of 3g network, then go ahead step by step with outlook.com and create your account.if you still face the problem, please feel free to post here I will try to solve your problem step by step.

Xolo win q 900s is a superb phone with great specifications. Screen is so fluid and buttery, light weight feels like feathers in hand, so slim only 7.2 mm. quick responsive. I was just fed up from android phones specially from Redmi 1s, so i decided to opt for windows phone, and surprisingly, the Indian maker Xolo has done a great job through this phone and breaks the monopoly of Lumia and Microsoft who sell their product on so high price. It gives a sense of being proud on our country too. It is a premium phone and look is great.Its FM is also amazing sound quality is better than Lumia phones.Screen resolution is great and call sound is clear and crisp. One thin more though having 1700 mAh battery is far better to the android phones. I would recommend to my friends and well wishers

I buy xolo win Q900s april2015. But I don't connect to play store through sign in.I also add my gmail account but there are not a option to add Microsoft account.when I want to creat one there are 5blanks for activation code.where or how I will get those code for activation

I purchase the xolo win Q900s mobile phone last 2 month back, from last two days back at time of call, before call disconnecting, mobile phone speaker mute automatically from this time, only if loud speaker on we hearing the valume of the phone.
what happen dont no, please suggest what i do?

pawan , 31 May 2015please tell me about making microsoft account in xolo win q900sfor this formost you need to go to the settings>emails+acc>add an account>microsoft account where you will get the opitons of create one and another one will be sign in if you have a microsoft account you can select the sing in and if not then you need to select create one where you can create the mail id.....
and one more thing these are the site like

and msn.in
in which you can create mail id successfully..
