You can create a new account and use the same to sign in. Go to settings>email account and create a new email account there.

iam using win q900s mobile it is very good. camera., video clarity.touch. net download, etc very excelent, but mobile touch pad is broken you must change lcd+touch pad total cost rs 3600 ,, mobile cost 5400 (other moblies touch cost rs500 to rs 1000) this is big minus point of this product

Please don't buy Non-Microsoft Windows Phones. After you buy a WIndows Phone Neither Microsoft or Xolo will provide updates.
Microsoft doesn't give Software update for Xolo Q900s. Because of that reason, many applications stopped working. Eg. The Hindu. Many applications will not run Eg. True Caller, Because the mobile OS is not updated.
The Mobile looks light and Good. Touch sensitive is good. But Software is still 1.5 years old. No updates.
I will suggest not to buy any WIndows phone not supplied by Microsoft. Otherwise Xolo and other Windows phone Manufacturers has to obtain updates and feed the customers. These people will only sell, no after sales service. Pathetic. We should stop buying these funny products and shut down these waste companies.

Phone is good. The worst part is many applications don't run on this phone, as windows updates are not available for XOLO. Microsoft releases updates only for Microsoft Lumia phones.
It was a big mistake I bought a XOLO Windows phone. Please don't buy.

Hi...I use xolo win q900s ...it's really Amazing ...good & response touch screen..camera is good but night snap is poor...very ..very..slim phone ..3g speed is too...faster 42.2mbps..2g super..
overall it's Amazing this price Range is good ..
but battery backup is poor..
I have to mark 8/10 (only Rs.6000 phone) overall super at all this price range phones...

shaanu, 16 Apr 2015I have bought this phone 13th April '15 . Everything is goi... moreMe too experiencing the same heating issue. When talked to Service Centre, the SC guys says that the slim design is the case of its heating issue. So, better avoid using the phone while charging.
Another problem is 720p videos lag a lot. May be Snapdragon 200 is the cause here. This processor isnt really good at handling 720p videos.
And I would suggest you to update you phone to latest version, it swaps the back and search function of the capacitive buttons back to default and alos adds some new apps.

Will this phone and other non-lumia windows 8.1 phones like Karbonn Wind W4, Micromax Win, Celkon Win, LAVA Win, etc. receive windows 10 update?
Windows 10 looks really awesome and has lots of improvements and tweeks.
Any idea guys?
