This phone is world warst phone I have ever seen
I bought this phone before 2 months and now I have too much of problems
Restarting mob, hang , fingers print lock problem , battery problem my phone maximum charging capacityis 68℅
Last my phone not charge upto 100℅
Ple help me either fixed my problem or replace my phone

i have order Yu Yunicorn (Rush Silver, 32 GB) but i unable to stat the phone it will blink and showing YUNICORN & ANDROID on display ..
I have not inserted sim yet please guide how to start the phone ..

Switch it on and use till it will get switch off automatically, Do it again and again to finish battery completely. Then charge it to full...
Do same process for 3-4 time. Your Problem will be resolved.

1.first u need to reset your phone
2. Press upper volume button + power button.. Then it will show recovery mode... Press the 5th option.. Then press yes.. It will flash in 2 to 5 min..
3.then again upper volume + power button.. And select 6th opinion for cache.. Then it start again rebooting it take 10min...
5. Then use mivi charger and datacable... Then u will get around 90-100% charge

A beautifully designed and feature rich Android phone..... Though within one month of buying it the battery levels for charge steadily kept going down from 100% to 84% to 78% to 65% and today exactly on 30th day of buying it it has limited itself to 21%. The phone or rather phoney would not accept charge beyond 21%...... Looking for a resolution on a very urgent basis.... Lezz see if Micromax Cares.
