I using yu yunique yu4711 since ... morefrst of all make a folder on screen. it is by mixing of 2 apps u can make a folder..then open the folder and then it shows lock button...touch and choose ur pswrd and then u r apps r secured....and remember any applock not wrks...this facility is given by yu...understand...

Hi frnz I'm kirubakaran... I using yu yunique yu4711 since nov-2015 we r all facing same problem like app lock not working in yu 4711 we can't lock apps but we can hide everything in this phone even contact, message etc...
How to hide our apps with our yu4711 without any app......?
1st Go to settings_ Apps_ select right corner 3 dots_ Select Protected apps_ then choose the app what u want to hide that's all see in main menu screen that app cannot displayed in main menu try this frnz...

Buggiest phone i ever used... The android version 5.1 is full of bugs and i cant believe how a company can continue its product to market even after entire yunique phones are faulty. Worst phone ever u can just get motoe2 for this money.

Can anyone provide me the suggestions to keep this phone out of heat? I am frustrate with the performance of this phone. It goes heat very easily & then the phone get hang.
Guys any suggestion to keep this phone working smoothly?

Hi. Any one knows as and when Android 6 is going to come for this phone as an Ota update.
Also I earlier rooted my handset using kingroot and later unrooted it. As of now my handset is not rooted...
Question:
1- Is my warranty void
2- If and when lolypop update arrives. Will I able to update my handset

Steps to update your phone to cm 12. 1 :
1. Unlock your bootloader. ( Need Pc )
2. Flash TWRP recovery and take backup for safety.
3. Flash cm recovery.img from twrp recovery.
4. flash cm12.1 .zip
5. Flash gapps

I recommend not to buy this phone.
Reasons:-
1) phone automatically locks while we are working and doesn't work til we restart it.
2) Heats up very quickly, for even small usage.
3) Slow working.
4) No options to shut the camera shutter.
5) Very poor performance.
6) Cannot able to see the phone calls when it locks automatically.
7) many more.
Worst performance.. Please don't buy it.

yu4711, 06 Apr 2016plz explain how to lock our ext app by yu setting...my mobile is not rooted i dont have privacy setting in my security setting then how to lock my apps....?
