It takes more 3 1/2 hours for chargin... moreWell.. Yes, it takes around 3 hours to get charged fully.
Do the math, you will get it right.
The charger's output is 700ma. And the phone's battery is of 2000mAH. 700x3=2100. If it charges 700mAH per hour then, it will take around 3 hours to charge 2000mAH. Also considering that this phone doesn't has fast charging. In case if it had fast charging, then the calculations would have been different.
And many reviewers have also told that this phone takes around 3 hours to charge fully. So, don't worry.
Regarding the battery drain, well maybe you are using it heavily. If your usage is heavy, like you are always online, gaming, YouTube, etc. Then, the battery backup is actually good. Try to use it moderately, that way you might get around a full day's backup(14-18 hours).

I accept it takes time to charge but no more than 2 hours, but the battery doesn't drain so quickly. it is a pretty sturdy phone for battery. I hope you must have received a faulty device.

If you want to lock your apps,
Use Leo privacy guard this is blocking apps
And use 360 security for antivirus option
I bought on 30 sep
Phone specs are good everything is well.

I had done as per the procedure they told,while doing the procedure the device switched off and it is not yet all Notting. So I used the word dump for that reason.Now I assume that you got clear picture on my issue & now I am waiting for yu technical team call.
Let's wait & see how they are going to address my issue. I will post update once I received.

Im confused b... moreIf you really need a strong battery backup, i would suggest mi note or lenovo but what breaks the ice is asus zenfone 2 laser.. i bought it for someone else and i must its battery backup is amazing. Lasts upto 4 days with casual usage and wifi. Should last for You for more than 2 days atleast. Camera quality and color reproduction is better than lenovo. Quite impressisive.. So far it doesnt lag or have anand heating issu.. the only thing i hate is its design..
