AnonD-442931, 29 Sep 2015One more question ..can we install apps saved on our memory... moreApps can be installed from the memory card, but once an app is installed. It will get installed on the internal storage and it cannot be moved to the memory card. Well, there is an option to move an app to the SD card. But, even after selecting that option, it won't move to the SD card. I think there is some kind of a problem with the Lollipop version.
Regarding My Backup Pro, I don't use that app.
But I use Apps Backup & Restore, and the apps can be backed up onto the internal storage.

2. While charging the LED light glows red when it is below 90%. After it reaches 90%, it glows green. It glows green from 90% to 100%.
These are not issues..

Apart from the bad RAM management on the Redmi 2 (1GB) version. It also depends upon the liking of the UI customization.
Because, Xiaomi's MIUI is like an iOS version on top of android. If you like the iOS, then you will surely like Redmi or any other Xiaomi device.
YUnique's UI is almost stock Lollipop. It has the originality of android. If you like android's lollipop, then YUnique is the one you should probably buy.
In case you are OK with any kind of UI customization and if your budget is limited to 5k. Then, go for YUnique.
Or if your budget is somewhere around 7k. Then, Redmi 2 Prime (2GB)
I personally wouldn't suggest anyone to buy the Redmi 2 (1GB) version.
Hope this has cleared your doubt.

Because, Redmi 2 (1GB) version has a bad RAM management, due to the low RAM and the heavy MIUI, the phone lags and tends to heat up quickly. And even the multitasking is limited.
Better add 1k extra & buy the Redmi 2 Prime(2GB)

A... moreI think I have found a solution for the sudden battery percentage drop right after disconnecting the charger.
Today morning, I charged my phone only till 99%. And to my surprise, it did not discharge suddenly. It was proper, and I was able to use it normally without the sudden drop in %.
Charge it only till 98% or 99% and let me know if this works out for you or not.
