Pathetic customer care of Yureka! I bought it on 5th Feb 2015. It worked fine for two months and suddenly stopped working..A complain was registered by calling there customer care..10 days are over...No solution.....daily calling them up....nothing happens.....now they have topped taking my calls...Its very frustrating.....Think before buying such type of phone its my advise....Worst customer service..is there anybody to listen....???

i have been using yureka for a week now. i had bought this phone after using lumia 520 and 620 for 2 years. and shifting from windows to cyanogen makes me feel blessed because of all the multitasking capacities and the battery backup. my yureka easily gives 14 hours of backup.. ie it i unplug it at morning 8 o clock at 100% then at 10 o clock at night its around 10% left. all this is when i use 2 SIM cards one voda and other MTNL and also 4 email accounts always synced on 3G internet along with usual doses of 2 hours of movies and songs plus candy crush most of the time. Yes as most of the users are complaining, the loudspeaker volume is an issue, but its affected me rarely that i missed a call due to low volume. The performance is butter smooth, and no heating issues, maybe bcz i\\\'m not a hardcore HDF gamer. but yes the charger heats up bit more then the other phone\\\'s chargers. the earphone quality is awesome with 3D surround sound and bass boost option even without which the quality is like a combo of HTS\\\'s base boost and Dolby surround sound. so if u are looking for a phone below 10000rs, then i recomend Yureka. but yes you can always look for other similar phones too like Redmi note 4g (1sim only), Honor 4x, Zenfone 5, lenovo a7000.. all these phones are havoing range of 8000-10000rs and having almost similar features except for battery capacity and built quality. hope you found my review useful.

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2015I plan to buy Yu Yureka but i saw the comment than i m conf... moreBuddy, Its been around a month that I have bought it, Its d best option in this price range, the only thing which I feel is not upto the mark is its loudspeaker volume, its kinda low, but in earphones it sounds amazing...if loudspeaker volume is not a problem for you, then go ahead and buy it...

Why you people put wrong comments..
I am using this phine from last 24 hours and not yet faced a single issue. The phone is much better than xiomi redmi note.. Samsung galaxy note 3 neo and grand 2.. I have all these 3 mobiles and this yu yureka is much faster than all of them.. I read lot of negative comments regarding camera and voice but when i got this phone i was surprised to see its photo quality.. It was amazing.. The audio is not so low which others comment.. Touch is much better than note 3 neo.. The weight is much lighter than redmi note 4g... The phone has no heating issue... In short you will never regret by having this sleek proud in ur pocket.. Friends definitely envy...

The phone has many problems the things I faced was the phone when connected to pc the first time it was detected and we can exchange data but after 2 3 plug in it was not detected and only charging occurs and the phone is producing so much much heat even though not using it and we really feel there is some defects inside.

i have facing earphone problem it was getting resound while talking with others on phone and i have called for customer they have said we will replace ur headphones and usb but no there are saying that we will not replace the order waste of customer mobile is good plz solve my problem

I am using yureka form last two weeks startingly I faced problems of battery down within one day I am not using lot of internet and not playing game also and handset heating when battery charging.

my ureka is not recoganaised by the computer,only charging option is appearing on the phone so ican not transfer data from phone to pc pls replay me

Yes, it do heat up while playing heavy games and during internet usage. But still it dosent show any lag. Every phone comes with its pros and cons.
