As i have purchased yureka mobile on 23 3 15. Right from beginning when i dial number from the yureka mobile the call goes but the screen becomes fully black. I would not able to disconnect the call also. Please suggest me whether any setting has to be done. If this problem exists after setting also. It is proposed to return the yureka mobile & the refund has to be made. Please reply at the earliest.

Sandy, 01 Apr 2015I get one new faulty yureka from amazon. I called yreka cu... morei have same problem but they not only take with them back hand set but also refund money within 24 hours.
so u just make your opinion clear.if it is from amazon then something went wrong at your end buddy.

Here is the solution for heating issue in ur phone.
Go into the settings -> apps -> Media Storage Device.
Force stop it.
Clear the Cache
Clear the data.
Disable it.
Restart the phone.
Enable it
Restart the phone

I am using Yureka from 2nd week of Feb.
At this price it is the best deal but unfortunately it has many bugs.
* The battery life is horrible it hardly gives me half day battery with normal usage. It takes forever to charge. Most of the time I need to carry a power bank with me.
* The phone gets heated up quickly and takes long time to cool down even while not using on heavy applications.
* Gets restarted on its own abruptly.
* After checking the snap from the gallery the image is not clear until and unless it is a bit zoomed. This thing is really annoying.
* While on a call the call volume doesn't increase or decrease. It shows that the volume is moving up and down but it doesn't happen all the time.
* While repeating the same song option checked in the Google music app It gets stuck after the song is played once again manually we have to replay the song and after that it works fine.
* It is taking lot of time to boot.
* Ear piece is unbearably heated while on call for more than 20 mins and even the call clarity isn't good.
I am ready to wait for even a month or more but please see that all the bugs are fixed.
