Purchased 3 days back.Audio quality is very very low.Even cannot be heard under the fan.Any suggestions.How to return to amazon.com.

Yu Yureka has Snapdragon 615 so it supports OTG and 64 gb sdcard i checked it.

This phone is absolutely fine with very fine features , i purchased this phone a month before. Every function is working to its peak. Sound is just one exception , no heating problem until you play Asphalt . this is because of itsheavy size.
its worth buying this phone for 8999/-

my battery is automatically discharging when i removed from mobile for certain period of time pls give suuggestions....

I bought the phone few days ago and my experiences are
1.heating is the main problem of the set and its obvious due to the specifications.apps showed a temp of 62c to 68c which is too much.
2.battery is also a key problem as it takes 8-9hours to fully charge and gives backup of only 2-3hour depending on use.
3.speaker is very low quality and u will never wake up from its alarm.
Apart from these this phone is best.I am saying this because of the price and also the fact that heating is due to some bug (in media play services and Google services) which are expected to be fixed in lollipop update.there are few other minor problem which can be neglected if u r not a pro user.
In all I will say that buying of this phone depends on it's use and the type user. and service center execative are fake promisess and service realy thirdclass plz dont buy Yureka Mobile

I am going to buy yureka but i have some queries abt how can we get lolipop update and from where can we get service for yureka if we will face any hardware issue ?
micromax dosen't accept yureka and they will never support yureka consumers.
