Its paining in the ears.If u talk successfully to the YU cust care pls tell me on my wts app no. 9533236008. I think co. should get back the phones and return it after rectify the heating problem. I request u all d yureka users if u face same problem pls write to the company so we can get some solution n out from this problem.Except this phone is good in this cost BT it is a main problem related with the customer's health of yureka...

This is a software problem.... I m also facing some day before.......but now i got the solution........it's media storage problem......folllow following step....
1.under setting ,open app,and go to all app....
2.now find media storage.....and disable it
3.reboot your phone.....
4. enable it back ...
5.now wait 2-3 min....
Ur problem is solved.....

I am thinking to buy this phone. Does it look good in hand? Also are there very much heating issues? I am a moderate user. The ones who bought it the latest are also experiencing issues?

i am using yu yureka 2 weeks super bettary backup using internet 3G and wi-fi connect 10 hours...without internet using calling and games and other usage with out internet 13 to 14 hours bettary beckup and heating issue continue games and internet use light weight heating.problem soul go to setting search perfomance select and proccer select 960 mAh set reboot mark and reboot mobile hearting problem soul i am lucky best mobile yu yureka my hand and i am waiting lollipop update 26-march-2015 believe guys not return compare the mobile rs.8999/- thanks....

Dear all,I purchased this yureka phone 3 weeks back.I suddenly find the heating problem without even using the mobile, just keeping on.the mobile gets discharged in 3 hours.I just rang up now.I have been asked to call yureka customer care by Amazon customer care.today been,Sunday,the yureka customer care is off.I will update here later.any body else faced similar problem.

And also...the WiFi direct is not working...in this phone...but I guess its a problem in the cyanogen mod cz a friend of mine with one plus one also faces the same problems..

The phone has some bugs... Like when you open dialer pad, it doesn't come up..you've to go back n open again that's when it appears... The default camera app has a bit lag in front camera which is not present when you download any other camera app... Heating issue and battery backup is definitely a problem but manageable I suppose... All of these issues including some other minor which im not able to recollect right now are a software issue... I wish the next update clears it all... All in all, this phone is worth each penny...

Hello Friends,
Ive been using YU for last two weeks.
I feel very good. excellent performace.
Guys, dont believe someone who is telling about heating prob and battery back worst.. it is not like that. anyphone will generate heat if you play heavy games like Asphalt 8. battery back is average.
simply says worth for money. you can not get such spec in any brand. i am very satisfied
