Wht guys its a blast phone who said tht its bad.
I never seen this like phone in this price , who r al hving yu yureka thy r lucky dnt post this like its al fake review .

    Worst Service i have ever seen, the helpdesk guys don't pick any call, they don't respond the mails properly, even the service center address they share are not entertaining the YU users. Once the phone go bad your bad time starts.... and ends till you totally discard the phone and buy new one

        Buying yu yureka is nothing but just an wastage of money.This cell does not trouble only in storage problem and little bit in camera quality. This cell will make you angry on its performance,battery backup, and the heating.yu yureka gets heats very early. Advice from me is that please to buy it.

          Very bad service and phone. I had to replace my phone 2 times had network issue and one of the time it got dead without reason!

          and now I am waiting for my phone to arrive since last 2 and half month. CC never responds.

                Saneesh , 10 Feb 2016iam already posted my yu yureka screen colour dim complaint... moreDude,r u sure that they told u 3 months time to fix the issue.I went to the service center on 02/02/16 & just called them today they informed me that the phone has been courier today to Delhi for the service & promised me for replacement of the phone.They asked for the max 20 Days time. Even m frustrated as there is no phone to use of the 20 Days. Do share your feedback bro & also share the same on the Amazon n save others life from this pathetic phone.

                  iam already posted my yu yureka screen colour dim complaint. today i went to customer care and told about my complaint . 1st they increase the brightness and asked do you have any eye problem...idi***s , then i shown real colour and dim colour,, , then they taken to inside and after 1 hour they given back my mobile, told now its ok.. i just checked, there is nooooo change on that problem.. so again i given back that time they are telling its hardware problem want to sent back to head office,, but it will take time of long 3 month,, there is no alternate mobile also.. 3 month , then what the use of using this type mobile,,,, very baddddddd mobile,, and now new problem also started when call is coming screen is going black.......after update this mobile cant use....

                    I also have all these problem.After cynogen 12.1 update my phone automatically restarts by shoeing that unfortunetly system ui has stopped then I call YU costumer care and then they send me a link with cm 12.1 fixed ROM and the steps to install the update and I installed the new cm 12.1 bug fixed update now my phone have no problem except the poor battery backup

                      YU service is thirdclass. plz dont go for YU mobile, as there is a multiple problems in the mobile operations and service they are providing is really pathetic and hopeless. my display is not working since last One months and they promised me to be replaced by them with in 15 days but now 1 months have been passed and yet not replaced it. third class service......

                        yu play god....yu play with my a#$%.worst phone ever I bought from my 1st salary.It's a piece if a shit under the shitty tag line.Phone don't even work @ all.Does anybody got their phone back after the phone was sent to the yu service center in Delhi.Its been 10 days for me still I can't trace where is my phone.The customer supports says plz give some more time issue will be resolved. Mr Rahul Sharma(CEO:YU) your brand really sucks.Not even yureka almost all the phones yureka plus,yuphoria,Yutophia.None of the the phone of this brand is working fine.Everywhere the reviews is flooded with the negative comments,

                          after updating I am facing a touch screen problem. when I want to draw pattern in order to wake up it's touch screen not working so I can't able to use it. what should I do?

                              after updating my yu yureka,, my mobile colour gone very dull and dim.. soft and hard reset done,, flashed my updates,, again facing this same issue.. please any body help me..

                                      When i update this YUREKA Phone to Cyanogen 12.1-YOG4PAS3JM and Android 5.1.1 version , the phone is off frequently , mostly when i going to call . Please suggest for this issue - YUREKA Technical Dept.

                                        After update the ANDROID OS 5.1.1 and CYANOGEN 12.1-YOG4PAS3JM , phone automatically switched off at any time specially when I'm used calling
                                        we get very bad experience about this phone....... To YUREKA Technical Dept please give solution to rectify this sir
