Nice instrument till we are encountering problem. Went to your authorized service center @ velachery, chennai, TN, but despite the battery replacement (Rs 1100) couple of days back, it's not working. Battery gets drained very quickly & charging around 80% only. It's painful, now the support staff says probably IC not properly working????

Hold the power button the volume rocker at the same time for about 5 seconds, and factoy reset it it works and remember not to install heavy games or apps on your phone, install only what you need, when you factory reset it, you don't loose any data...

I bought it and about less than a month....It has a lagging issue...it says optimizing app and there is no further progress, It is stuck on that process for like forever, so I have to factory reset through recovery mode....

The mobile phone is complete bang for the buck even after a two year usage. For recommendation purpose the camera , processor and the OS environment is superb especially there are tons of android mods and roms available. COming to its downside the battery litterally sucks and many a times you will struggle with wireless and network but compared to other brands its still a winner

Guys please dont buy this product.this is a very bad product. I had bought it in december 2016 and sincr then it has gone twice to the service station. This time i am going to the service station once a week and the person is telling to come next week. And its around two months my phone is in the service station.

This phone is really not good at all .there are many issues like the poor backup of battery . the mobile heats up very soon . low mike when done to videocall. CompNy should really improve this

i also face the same issue apart from the fact that mine was a forced one :P
I tried to override the O.S and ultimately hardbricked the device.
Though my phone was under warranty period, i got the customer service people @Micromax service center and they fixed the phone.

I had been using this phone for more than 2 yrs now :)
Below are my points to ponder iff u are planning to buy this device
Cons:
1. NOT for gamers(average ram usage is ~70% , even if no energy craving apps are running).lot of delays along with heat as high as 85 degree C.
2.Prone to fall as the back side is too sleepery ( i managed it by using a leather case)
3.Bad OS (No updates since oct last year i.e. 2016[ not exxxactly :D ])
4.Average Customer support- i wont say bad as i got my hard-bricked handset repaired while under warranty in 3 weeks
5.2500 mAH ,not too much!!!
6.Average speaker
Pros:
1.H/W is long lasting (no issues with mic, speaker, camera etc).Its still resisting the need of change
2.Back Camera Still rocks(the only reason when i bought this phone and still its having my faith)
3.Even with 2500 mAH , i could manage to play 45+ mins of Real Racing 3 (now carring a game size of 3Gb).It laggs sometimes though
4.The O.S is a thing of past for Yureka as not updates are getting done for cyanogen O.S
