I don't know what happen with it previously my cell phone work very well but after the update of cyanogen it will get reboot again and again when I am using it after the reboot it will get switched on and after some.time same will happen with it

      i also send mu phone on 21-11-15 they cmmet me 20-25 days till i dont get any response from yu team or micromax care...today 16-12 i call in micromax number mensn in last page of jobseet they provide me sereal nmbr and say u will get ur divice in 5-7 days... may u also try this

          On 26 november 2015 i have lodged the complain and the submitted my yureka device for replacement to "Micromax service centre"
          Name:- M/S Prince Comm.
          Address:-Ahlu Walia Building, Opposite Bhopal House, Near Durgama Restaurant, Lalbagh
          At the time of submission they committed that i will get a handset within 10 days but it has been almost 18 days since but no communication whatsoever has been received by me after 14/12/2015 is that its still pending and under process.

          what kind of process is this and for what reason it is pending they are not giving any kind of information.
          pathetic and worst customer service seen ever

          Yu customer service agents and Micromax customer service centre have no information of the pocess that is being followed for replacement and have no idea regarding despatch of new handset from your warehouse.

          I think buying a Yu device was a mistake and that this not a company that can be trusted with customer service anymore

              avinash, 11 Dec 2015Mobile is good....i am using it for last 9 months....no pro... morethats not a major issue , if ur not rooted yet root it, and remove un-necessary google apps and pre installed apps , and u can also flash custom roms made by yu developers just buy going on yu forum /under Rom discussion ...sure it will fix ur problems..

                phon gud one...but company suck...my yureka was hardbricked..someone opened nd my warrenty has gone so in the service centre they did not bought my phon for servicing...they sucksssss..i bought my mob 2mnth back only...

                  I am using Yureka for past 8 months. After the updation in November, 2015 - battery is draining fast, it is hanging and getting heated also. Please suggest a remedy for it.

                    Mobile is good....i am using it for last 9 months....no problem....but after the recent update on 20th Nov i am start facing few issues.....battery is draining very fast......phone hangs many times..sometime phone get reboot itself..
                    please fix this issue ASAP.......

                          Poor & worst Phone .i am not suggest any one to purchase the same bcoz when i cal any one then display not show.

                            2... Press Volume up and Volume down and Power butten together.
                            3... Wait to display YU logo then relese buttons..
                            4.. .Now phone will be in Recovery mode..
                            5... Select wipe device / Factory reset [Touch will work If not, use volume buttons to navigate and power button to select]
                            6... Select Yes option.
                            7... Wait the process to complete.
                            8... Select Reboot system now option.
                            9... Wait the device to boot. It will take some time to boot it's Usual...
                            10.That's all.... You're Done..

                                      After having the update 5.1.1 to my yureka, the phone is getting hang oftenly. The only option is to reboot the device. Phone is also restarting by its own frequently. one more thing is with the new update that the frequently contacted option is not available with tile option in new dialpad.
