I purchased in this phone in nov15 till to day i not even facted single problem.I have no heating
problem.The batterry perfomance is low to be improved.The camera is good.Cynogen
is giving so many updates which is really good.

Though price wise the phone is good, there are certain inherent problems with this phone either due to faulty board or bugs in the stock android. You cannot hear the other party when making calls/video calls through whatsApp, IMO and Skype. To add insult to the injury YU Customer Support is pathetic. If you complain about non performing of certain Apps, quoted above, on their mobile, their stock answer is they do not provide support for third party Apps. If you visit their service centers for these complains they ask you to leave the phone with them for 45 days minimum for carrying out factory repairs at chip level. To sum up it is just an ordinary phone and cheaper android phones perform much better i you do not care for any service or support.

Plz Don,t purchase yureka plus phone. its worst phone more than ever i have seen. i have calling customer care for more than 4 months still they r not giving any proper response. i havent use my phone from purchase. their is sensor problem, heating problem

guys please help
after update 5.1.1 on yu : my phone restarts on out going call only?? but not in incoming call, after 2, 3 restarts you can make a single call only in doing this battery gets discharged, tried proximity, safe mode, yu service center no response?
please assist, thank you

YU cheating the customer, there is no service. Their cutomer care always giving fack comitment. Don't buy any YU product they are cheating.

it is the worst phone. reasons are many......over heating, not getting charged, on & off in every 10 min, screen becomes black while received the call so you cant see or access phone book while call is in progress, hags now and then..... means it sucks your brain and money. so never buy it pls

Phone was good but it's service is very bad.my yureka display broken and I send to company but it's take more time and no one can give answer. One go but still not delivered my phone in my hand also it's part cost was very high.

Frnds iam also face the same problem after upgrade of 5.1.1 & cy 12.1 my device suddenly shows blank screen and Show the Lock screen agine I will unlock the device & also it will automatically change itself to default theme . it happens frequently pls pls pls tell me the solution frnds

After thinking a lot I did go for yu yureka and it hasn't disappointed me. But these days my handset auto reboots now and then otherwise its awesome handset.
Any body has any idea how to solve the auto reboot problem.
P.S. I tried factory reset and disabled double taps options too.

My phone doesn't work since morning. it auto reboots continuously till the battery dries out. The phone stays on for 3 to 5 sec and goes for auto reboot. Initially the phone gets auto reboot once or twice a day. Updated to 5.1 two weeks back. Kindly help me
