Dear yureka users, if u facing proximity sensor problem ? Solutuion 1: need to tighten 2screws near proximity sensor of backside. 2: a piece of small papaer put it on proximity sensor backside then u closed a backcover. Sure this will work for me.i hope this is the solution.i am using custom rom battery backup and everything working smooth and not much heating.

Ok listen open the back cover and u take a piece of paper little bit thick paper and placed it near back mic and closed a cover now ur sensor problem solvd or u need tighten the screws near proximity sensor .

This yu yureka is the worst phone I have ever used..very very bad...Mind it Cheap is always worst..1. Battery problem 2. Overheating Problem 3. Camera problem 4.over all very very low in quality.......

i sented my yureka to the serviece cntr 1mnth ago.i didnt get it back.it recieved there .they saying that the track no will recieve within 48hr.bt it has been more than a month.they are real cheaters.i going through legal way

yureka is the worst phone not only phone its servicing is more useless n worst
firstly they do not response to the call or mail n wen they final did then they didnt provided proper services they in fact they took away the battery from it n send cell n were not ready to send cell with battery

Yureka is a very good phone compared to the price.
I would say for a phone with a specification like Yureka, its far from good. Its just awesome.
What I think from the comments below are.. When I got my Yureka, it did have some problem with heating and battery running down real fast. After searching for tutorials online.. I figured out how to sort everything with just 3 simple steps.
I would recommend anyone to buy the phone. All the comments below seems to be from noobs.
And by the way, Yureka's customer care i guess is poor after reading all those comments.

Overall a good phone. However don't rely on yu yureka customer care, they are not at all caring. I had issues with mike right since the day I bought the phone. I tried to complain N number of times to yu yureka, even wrote mails trying to explain my problem. They call you back; everytimeask you what the problem is and that is it. They won't do anything apart from that. There are no service centers so you cant even take your phone to their shop. They say they arrange for home pick up if there's any problem with phone but I haven't received any such service for my phone. Instead they will only make you go round and round, try to show you that they are working on your issue, but not solve your problem.

It is useless phone and no customer care . this phone has many problems and no one is there to listen.
So please do not buy such company products who has no service centers. I called many times to customer care they repairing phone on ongoing call it seems to be like a joke. This is worst phone i have ever seen.

I am using this phone when i had the problem they replaced my phone with just only one call.
