I recently bought a YU 5510A at purusaiwakkam in chennai 2 weeks ago
1 week later I've faced some software issue and took to the micromax service center
Very bad customer service I am facing restarting problem Camera 13 MP but poooooor quality
very disappointed me

i bought online this product one year back. two months back there was a charging problem and i gave it to micromax service centre at cochin on 23/12/16.( s030276 – m/s. exclusive care ) they kept the phone with them 45 days and each time i call them they said still the issue not rectified. after 45 days i took back the phone and it is with me .

Warranty repaired is too bad & too time consuming I had submitted phone at Gujarat -Vadodara - DS Mobile as on 16-12-2016 due to touch screen problem & speaker problem. They guys provided me my repaired phone as on 26-01-2017 after consumer form complaint & after many customer care called & after long period of 41 days.
Please do not buy cell phone of YU. It is beneficial to buy mobile phone of other company rather to buy yu.
Really too bad experienced during demonetisation period.

YU all mobile phones are good but YU under warranty service is very bad.......
All service centre are bad so plz gays don't use YU phone really trust me.
Plz choose another mobile phone brand but don't use this brand

yureka is a worth phone on this world because of battery problem.the phone camera is blur quality, auto focus is started on this handset have problem everyone have the issue with this handset. pls guide me for english grammer mistake
