am using thsi phone its camera is v gud but some times viodeo playback is very poor sometime it stop working unexpectedly.... it is difficult to play hd videos .... and its sensor is not work properly you need to tight the screw or place a sim or piece of paper to overcome the problem of the sensor other wise we cannot acces the phone while on a call... and it has a heating problem ... we cannot talk more than 1 minute without heating

I am using Yureka and it's performance is pretty good. No issues and its running absolutely perfect. I had bought two devices in the month of feb. Mid of May, one got issue with touch and became totally unresponsive. Contacted call support and was not happy. But thankful to email support, just an email, got a call back within 10 hours. Beforehand, i tried all the troubleshooting steps using posts in the forum starting from simple reset till flashing the device which is the final step. Senior guy asked me the details and i had to answer couple of his queries and direct replacement of the device-transceiver (back panel and battery excluded) was arranged. Just a week, got that replaced and the one which had issue was picked up by the same courier person.
Buying yureka, u wil never get disappointd, both in the means of tech and service. No idea about other two which u hav mentioned.

yureka service is worst service i suggest don't buy yureka, if you face any type of problem ,yureka customer care will say reset you device,i buy yureka in the month of April and know these time i reset my phone 10 time, but day to day i am facing new type of problem so DON'T BUY YUREKA these is MY SUGGEST....

MICROMAX YUREKA is really an awsum phone.
cons:low sound quality especially on caller tones.
pros:battery stands longer
good cam quality,
awsum headset.
totally worth buying in that range.

This is one of the most pathetic phone I have ever come across.. I could not come across a single good features that can be highlighted from a regular smartphone.
Cons:
1) Its not a phone but heater.. Even with 5-10 minutes of continuous usage, phone heats up like anything..
2) takes years to charge the handset..
3) phone is very slow and if you download more than 15-20 regular apps, it goes for a toss..
4) i dont know whats the issue but none of the apps work well.. I cannot open facebook even with 3G speed in this handset whereas with the same connection, all apps works smoothly in my samsung handset.
5) camera is pathetic in low light conditions.. Is it really 13 mp..??
6) battery drains within 6-7 hours..
I wish I could give negative stars..

I am using this phone for nearly a month and it is absolutely fantastic! All these people who are posting negative comments here are either lazy or tech illiterate! please don't but this phone of you're lazy or don't know about technology..... Any overpriced s*it like Samsung will be better for you! else if you are tech lover, this phone Is made for you! Go and grab it!

This phone is a must buy if your budget is less than Rs. 10000. It is an absolute bargain. It performs exceedingly well and has a user friendly interface
