They are having worst after sales service and this phone having many issues like heating, low volume, display problem etc. My mobile phone got faulty after use of 2 weeks. For the last 2 months, I fedup contacting there customer care and not received the replacement sofar.

Buy Yureka if you love tweaking with UI and want regular software update but can live with good~average battery,sound and camera.

I dont know why but it restarts like hell...applying stock rom removes the heating issue but the device restarts after 5 mins,.....any solution?

when i lock the apps like whatsapp in yureka but after lock the apps when i open the whatsapp there is no lock on whatsapp app simple open

When my phone is upgrade to Lalipop after that i facing more problems.
Heating ,battery problem and sound volume is not good and hanging.
I want degrade to Kitkat.

And es..one more opinion... After upgrading the phone into lollipop & Cyanogen 12 the speaker volume have also increased but...sometimes the sound cracks !!

this device should have 5 inch display instead of 5.5 inch and that (0.5inch display investment) should be invested 3000+ mah battery. this will make the screeen best because it has less ppi and battery performance will increase.
