It will automatically detect audio files stored in that folder as ringtone. You can set ring tone from - Settings>sound>sim1 ringtone & sim2 ringtone

Worst Yu support service and they don't even respond to customers even on phone/emails
This is the worst support service for customer to face. Guys if you want to face trouble from Yu support when you face any problem with device then go for Yu Yureka device.
I have purchased Yu Yurekha on 30th march and i have facing a problem with the device on april 18th on there is a display problem due to resolve that i have been to micromax service centre and they that we need to approach Yu service centre online only. But i have called to the support number available on http://www.yuplaygod.com/customer-support.html but they don't even pick the call or respond to the customer. I have also tried to reach them by email but still the same.

Micky, 24 Apr 2015All, Hi All I have been facing serious problems with... morePls check if mike is getting activated in top bar, this could be because you face is touching the mike and getting activated, to over cum this problem, accept the call and lock the screen (press power button) and complete the call , this is a temporary measure, the problem has to be rectified by yureka people, I also am having same problem after new update to cs12

manish, 23 Apr 2015How to set customised ringtone...?? Fone gets slow after up... morePower off the phone and do wipe cache partition and tyen reboot the phone. Do this process for 4-5 times. It solved lagging problem for me. I hope it works for u too!

Guys this phone isn't for everyone specially not at all for beginners since it is the only highly customization phone in india apart frm one plus one. If not interested go for lenovo a7000 or some other phone.

after upadation to cm 12 lollipop .no.heating issue ,Barry backup increased by 15% also..phone is worth full..

I have been facing serious problems with Sound post the update to Android 5 on yureka. During incoming calls there is no sound and hence I am missing critical calls from people.
