This phone is awful and the customer care is worst. I am supposed to get my phone replaced since last one month. they keep delaying it.. Don't buy it

The update is amazing!!!!!...
The new app drawer and other customizations are mind blowing... Camera quality is somewhat increased...
Battery life has been improved tremendously
Display is also more rich
Performance has become more smooth...
One or two bugs are present but they can be ignored...
Overall.. I am proud of my decision to buy yu yureka plus

My photos,screenshots, doesn't save in the gallery it's automatically deleted. Even the Whatsapp photos it's automatically deleted. I'm facing this problem since last one week. Please suggest me how to solve this...

My photos doesn't save in gallery. Whatsapp photos gets delete automatically. After taking photos from camera it doesn't save in the gallery it's automatically deleted. Even the screenshots I'm not able to see. Please help me how to overcome with this problem....

Hi,
I am using yureka plus since september. Lookwise it is too good. Has a very good camera of 13mp. Front camera is also good. Though so many people have already mentioned about heating issue, I didnt face any after the update I got. Its fast having no hanging issues. I have two sim cards. One is reliance and other is bsnl. Reliance I am getting full network coverage whereas BSNL wont show coverage in places where there is good coverage when put in other phones. I tried changing the slot of both the sim cards. BSNL catched zero network. I tried changing my bsnl sim card , took a duplicate card thinking that sim may be defective. Then also it showed less coverage. When put in other phones the same bsnl sim card shows full network coverage. pathetic condition. If u cant even call or attend call from your main sim card whats the need of having a mobile phone?
