Please help me.........
Today my YU yurka plus(cyanogen) suddenly switched off(non of the causes),
While I am switching on it, the phone ongoing booting process but it's not turned on completely....
How can solve this problem?

Rishi, 10 Oct 2015Such a bad experience. Whnever i received a call screen li... moreThats a problem with the proximity sensor. It can easily be fixed. You dont have to return the phone or anything ib case you're wondering. Many yu phones have shown this problem. You use a code or something.

Such a bad experience.
Whnever i received a call screen light is off....i didn't see anything whn i recieved callls...
Hanging problem, heating problem such a useless product.

no need of reset to the phone if you are face to this problem then click on your phone dial pad and dial *#*#7769#*#* and you saw an display click on start button and after that exit

I bought Yu Yureka Plus last week, the specifications show it has Andriod Lolipop OS but I have got Android Kitkat Version 4.4.4 and how to update 5.0 Android Lollipop.anybody help me.
