I bought this phone january 2016,still its in kitkat version,from yesterday mobile auomatically restart,i done factory reset & recovery mode wipe data also,still its not opening,still now its restart frequently, somebody plz help me.

2500mah battery (it stand by is 10-15 lesser than that of my brother samsung note 3 neo which has 2900/3100 mah battery )
It heats but there is no problem due to it
I bought yu5510a (yurek plus ) for the third time because it find it is the best smartphone under 20k.

If you have inserted a micro sd card which has a backup of "Okta" or "Air-Way" app. The phone while booting will directly take you to Google- Play store and force you to download "Air-Way" app. If you try to cancel it, it will not be allowed and you will not be able to proceed and it will hang with Google play on until you download the "Air-Way" app. If you do not have a WIFI connection or a very good 3G connection now you are stuck and cannot use the phone at all.
The app is a heavy app and it would not be easy to download it over a not so good 3G connection like BSNL. With 2G it might not be able to download for ever and it might hang your phone. This will lend your phone unusable like mine and I gave a negative feedback about the product here in the past.
What is the problem- The backup file of "Okta" app in your micro sd card is the culprit. It will force the system to download "Air-Way" app. Both these apps are used by corporate companies to have a multi-level of authentication to access emails on your phone.
So if you used to open office emails on your phone and your office has a multi level authentication needed which either uses "Okta" or "Air-way" you might face this problem. I faced this problem because I had a backup of "Okta app" onto my SD card which I had inserted before starting the phone.
How to avoid this problem:
1) You can avoid this by not inserting your micro sd card so that the phone doesnot repeatedly ask you to download "Air-Way" app.
How to Solve this problem:
Just download the app, your phone will work now. Later you can uninstall it.
I got a OS 4.4.4 which comes loaded with "Volte" which allows you to make calls using Jio sim by using the default dialer. When I uninstalled the "Air-Way" app, I do not know why the "Volte" startup version has vanished from my phone, so now I need to download the JIO voice call dialer to make calls and sms.
I personally like the JIO VOICE Call app better than the standard phone and sms dialer as it is more user friendly and attractive.
About the phone:
Positivies:
1) Price
2) 5.5 inch
3) Rich Display due to high PPI
4) Good camera
5) Sufficient internal storage- 12.8 GB good at this price.
Negatives:
1) Phone heats up- Is it livable?
Surely it is and not a great concern enough to dump this phone.
2) OS- The OS might be stock version, but I was more used to ASUS Kitkat Customized OS and it was very user friendly compared to this one.
2) Battery-
With following usage it lasts one day:
a) Dual sims on
b) JIO SIM Internet on
c) 4-5 calls short duration.
d) Little bit use of whats app.
Is the battery good enough?- No if you use it to browse internet and watch videos the battery will surely not last you for the day. Infact if you have heavy usage of video and stuff you might have to charge the battery twice or even thrice with heavy usage.
Is it livable with moderate usage? Yes you can.
Solution: Keep a power bank with you if you travel, other wise keep it on charging.
Good thing-
1) It charges fast compared to my previous ASUS Phone which used to take 2.5 hours to charge completely. No it doesnot come with fast charger.
2) If you charge your phone through your laptop and you select the only charging option- It will charge faster. This facility was not available in my previous ASUS Phone.
