harry, 17 Nov 2010hello I have got a serious problem...I rooted my phone and ... moreYou need to find the original ROM and extract the Vending.apk from there (should be in /system/app/) and put it back in /system/app/ on your phone using root explorer or some similar su file manager. The easiest would be to find the original rom (or any 2.1 rom which has the market app inside) packed as an update.zip. Just unzip it and search for Vending.apk

But can't say for sure, as there are a few different european versions, mostly based on the chinese Blade, with lower ram and poorer screen.
I know there's one with a bigger camera sensor(5mp), but the quality is the same.

Anyone knows if the specs of the Blade sold in Portugal by Optimus (I think it's sold by the model name of San Francisco) are the same as the specs presented here?

No, it's not mandatory to show it, it's mandatory to show what safety checks it's passed, and it does that in the manual.
For the specific SAR value, Orange can tell you that, but the manual does specify that it has passed all checks, and is within the limit.

Can we get a review of this up soon please. Looking to buy this for Christmas. What are people's opinions on the MP3 and also video playback from this phone? Bearing in mind I will definitely sticking a custom ROM on there.

Bought as the San Francisco.
Very pleased. Performs without fault. It will be better when the OS is upgraded to 2.2. First touch screen/ Android so no benchmark to compare it with. 21-11-10.

Yes, it charges from it's usb port, from anything that has a usb port also, with the included lead, or you can just use the charger included.

You know I'm a big fan of this phone, but yesterday I pushed the boat out and purchased a Galaxy S. (Yeah, I know, it's 4 times the price), but the difference in performance is phenomenal ! It's like getting off a steam train and climbing onto Eurostar !

Just waiting to know if it has an OLED display or standard LCD.
