My phone along with others has major issues. Unable to answer and hang up calls, when I do get to answer it drops out or turns into underwater alien talk, can't even put my phone down with out it turning off, and sometimes it comes up with weird encrypted writing like a 90's style computer.

Can Someone help me, I bought the blade v7 today and as soon as I got home I realised the home,back and recent apps button ( light ) isn't coming up so quite often I get stuck on an app and have to wait ages for the buttons to appear does this mean I have a faulty phone or does it need time to set up as I only got it today ???

On the top, the notification area, open it all the way; slide the finger from top to bottom and look for a pencil thingy, click on it and you should an option to select it.
