can not find the battery charging %, the wi fi is not connecting up due to authentic problem. please help

We're really foxed by this phone. Calls come in .... we get sound and a starburst pattern on the screen, but we are unable to answer the call which soon cuts off. Occasionally we get calls with the normal Accept/decline buttons and these we answer well enough.
Can anyone shine a light on this for us. We are totally in the dark and really annoyed.

i have this phone for more than 5 months as gift. Last week i decide to use it .... And i having answering call issue ..... It is kind of very hard + complicated to answering incoming call .... got any solution ?

I accidentally dropped my phone the other day and it must have moved the battery so now it cannot turn on for very long unless i press down on the back.
Any help would be vert appreciated

Sometimes phonecalls are dropped on their own. I'm not sure what causes this but its really irritating for some1 to call me 4 times simply because we can finish the conversations without calls being dropped

the problem is real, but i think its about Sandisk cards.

This phone doesn't read SD cards. You have to reboot it before you see your SD card and it will be visible for a short period of time.

anyone knows how to adjust the volume of this phone? i have been trying but the volume is very low. very low indeed. dissapointing
