have received perhaps 10 other updates
n have been using nubia z17phone since ard may-apr 2018 n since
d latest update i feel faster charging speed n longer battery life too

Switched to this phone from my OnePlus 7 Pro, and I actually love the phone! I'm not experiencing battery issues or anything of the sort. Was able to get a couple cases with prime delivery from Amazon. I actually like the phone better than my OnePlus. Only issues I notice is the security patch is about 3-4 months put of date, and no update available. As with any Nubia product, updates are not something you will see often on this device. But the device itself is great and I don't have any complaints.

You can buy lots of unoriginal/copy stuff in Alibaba yes. But most places if not all, write if it's a fake product or not they are selling.
If a buyer have any concerns in there, they just have to buy from the original firms site on Alibaba etc.
I bought many different stuff for my firm and for my self as a private person the last 9 years, strange I don't get a fake product lol.
I'll bet on you don't know a shhiitt about Alibaba ur self.
But again it's no.1 B2b site for firms in the world and their site for private Aliexpress is no.2 in the world.

Hello guys
please note that i bought the phone from Alibaba.com, the phone is not working well for pubg , it does lots of unexpected things, like when you press for the enemy box to loot it does not, when u want to mark on the map it's laggy and takes time and it does not put the mark as the same when you pressed on the map, and now my phone is stuck on red magic 5g logo, DO NOT BUY.

Just curious how long did it take for the device to get shipped and delivered. I ordered mine May 15 with priority shipping from Red Magic direct website going to North America. So far it remains “unfulfilled” with no estimated time for shipping. Emailed two weeks after I ordered and got a generic “it will ship soon” reply. Emailed again twice (5-7 days in between) and no answer. Already bought accessories for the device. Could anyone please direct me on how get the ball rolling on this one. Thanks

If you live in North America, I ask of you, save the headache, and don't get any phone from ZTE or Nubia. Customer service will only reply to your queries if it is a pre-sales question. Once you have the phone, and if you need them to help you troubleshoot or repair, they will cold shoulder you. Nubia has had this practice since the original Red Magic and it still hasn't changed. For me, it has been almost 3 weeks, and still no response for my repair request.

My Phone is draining battery very very fast. Like overnight even with greyscale on it dropped by about 37% charge. Is this normal for everyone? Please help if I can fix the battery draining issue.

dont buy this phone if you live in North America. no customer service at all. i bought red magic 5g from the official website. start setting up my phone asked me to create a screen lock password i put 4 digit then again it asked me to verify the password then i put it again.
registered my finger print then when i tried to register my 2nd finger then it asked for the password again when i put the password it says wrong password. i master reset the phone and still phone asks for the password i created. contacted customer service 7 days ago. no replay. and i couldn't find any solution online also.
