So i recently purchased one of these things and have been using it for two weeks.
Overall my impression is very good. And the phone is definitely worth the 250$ and it even outperforms some flagship phones!
There are only a few minor issues you should be aware of:
1. Battery charging is not very fast (as mentioned by others) (it takes ~6 hours to charge from 0% to 100%) Battery itself is average, same as all the other flagship phones - it lasts 3 days with normal daily usage.
2. There is no optical image stabilization (but that isn't really a problem since you can use apps like openCamera, which have incredible digital stabilization) But the video/photo quality is really nice.
That's it! I can't think of any more drawbacks!
I was afraid that it won't be able to connect to my local GSM network (i live in a small 3rd world country: Latvia) but so far everything is working nicely.
In my opinion the performance and specs are far too good for a budget phone.
