Acording to firmware:
Chinese sending this smartphone with instaled googleplay and with blocked OTA updates. You can write them to send you factory original device (support OTA and doesnt have Google play).
In both ways, you can install TWRP recovery by yourself and then install original factory firmware and then google play. After this, you can (manualy) install updates and still have google play as i have.
You can found any manuals on Russian 4PDA site (you must use chrome for translate, if youre not Rus. like me :) )

    You have two options:
    1* You take original firmware but You can not install Google play, but You cam upgrade OTA
    2* You take a chinesse firmware who include Google play, but You can not do OTA update!
    So Be wise!!😉

I bought from Aliexpress @ INR 16300/- . I Received an opened box as they informed and installed application suited to my county. They also gave me free back cover, Screen Guard and a stylus pen and stand holder. The phone supports all Indian languages.

                                        Keys are separate from display and are backlighted.
                                        Theres no support for B20 at this time (i live in big city, so no problem for me).
