I don't know if someone has the same "issue" but when it go back, the phone doesnt go to the last point where you were navigating. For example, in Twitter if I open a thread and I scroll down to the comments and I open a comment, when I go back I starts again from the beggining of the thread and I have to scroll down again to the previous comment to continue reading the other ones.
I don't know I have made myself clear.
Do you know how I can fix it? Thank you.

I've now been using this phone for a week. TLDR, It has shortcomings but great phone overall!
What I like:
Performance and gaming: It could run every demanding titles without a sweat. AnTuTu v10 Benchmark sits around 1.44 million. It also has bypass charging which I'll get on the details later.
MyOS: I don't get why it's hated. It's simple and easy to get used to. Not much bugs afaik. There are tonnes of app support for picture in picture. Though not as intuitive as vivo's OriginOS but it's still neat overall. Btw MyOS 14 with Android 14 will come on this February for this phone.
Camera & Video: Love the aesthetic of it, with tonnes of camera features to play with. You get 8K recording even on the ultrawide camera.
What I don't like:
Not so seamless Google support. It does support Google but sometimes for some reason you'll get an error while installing an app from Play Store. Rarely happens but it always scared me.
Display Brightness: Very bright indoors but a little underwhelming outside under bright sunlight.
Battery: For an 8 Gen 2 and 5000mAh, it just doesn't cut it though. It still delivers 6 to 7 hours SOT at best but I expect a little more (forgivable given the 80W charger)
Connectivity: It does support bands in my country Malaysia, but sometimes the SIM and WiFi is not so seamless. There'll be hiccups from time to time.
No IP rating and glass protection. Probably a thing that scares me the most.

I bought this Nubia Z50 only 200$ (20,000 PHP pesos) 12GB+512GB variant and I can say this is the best hidden gem flagship phone that will save you a lot of money.
The key to long gaming is a phone cooler so better pick the Glass back for better Thermal conduction of the cooler.
Video recording is excellent only if not walking, recommended to use gimbal if you're using it for adventure hiking or walking while recording I advice to use the Ultra wide Video recording 4k 60fps so it will be stable in recording if walking.
Nevertheless, photos are awesome.

Emu, 19 Dec 2023I'm very interested in this phone but I have problem w... moreYup, the phone supports DC Dimming, I think you have to manually enable it like shown in this picture I just uploaded:

The screen overall is quite good, colour accuracy is spot on. No headaches at all.
What I dislike is at night in bed, when using the phone ambient light likes to keep the screen at 5-10%. I put the brightness down but a few moments later it keeps puting it back at those values. That's where DC Dimming helps me.
Keep in mind if you manually lock the brightness at lowest and turn on DC Dimming it gets really dark, and I mean it. If you forget to tomurn it off it's gonna be a nightmare in the morning to turn DC Dimming off.
Don't know if there's a setting to automatically enable DC Dimming.
Overall you gain some and lose some, I'm happy overall with the phone.

I'm very interested in this phone but I have problem with — what I can only presume — PWM on amoleds, does anyone know if this phone has a dc dimming option or if the phone has permanent dc dimming automatically enabled. If not, how do people find the screen, any eyestrain or headaches etc .

My brother got one a few days ago with a huge discount and paid $325 for it. If you get it with a good discount, then go for it. It is a beast in terms of performance and money value.
