Your super high res photos from your $15... moreIt's not all about resolution, dynamic range and color depth and iso performance are crucially important and better quality in those can show quite well even in relatively badly compressed photos, but most online photos aren't even that badly compressed.
The biggest issue is that mobile phone usability is effectively terrible - the harder the situation is to photograph the more likely it's that the mobile phone just doesn't capture a usable photo - at any compression rate. That being said, mobile phones are good for most general situations, but they do be lacking and their cameras seem to be hitting a wall despite all the processing tricks.

Dedicated cameras will always be better than phones at taking photos, but phones will be overall better at making phone calls!
Oh, and cameras don't fit as well as phones and if they do, then...
One phone = one pocket filled. It leaves one pocket free for a cheese sandwich.
One phone + one camera = 2 pockets filled then no sandwich.
So with a phone camera you take photo, make call eating sandwich.
Once sandwich is eaten, you have your pocket free again.

There's plenty of options out there. But if you're good with only your phone camera, then fair enough, but no matter how good the camera on the phone is, it'll still be weaker than a proper DSLR/mirrorless camera. So it's purely preference

Just bought this phone the day pre-orders opened, and managed to get a 12gb+256gb model because it was basically the only one in stock. This is my first time buying a phone from Nubia and online in general, and I really hope it arrives in one piece. It looks super pretty, has a great chipset, decent cameras and a superb fullscreen display. I only bought it because I am coming from a Oneplus 7 pro and a phone with a punchhole would just feel like a downgrade.

m4/3 sensor which is considered smallest of dslr is 225mm^2 area
around 4x
if compared to apsc which is next level up 329mm^2
around 6x
or full frame which is truly professional 864mm^2
around 15x
the only way phones are able to "compete" is to use software tricks
take 4-10x quick shots in succession and then use software to combine/merge them to increase resolution/dynamic range.

OS updates arent that much important.
Usually new OS have some pros but a lot of cons too.
For example you cant run old apps on new OS like google said old apps will not be supported. Many else alternatives to this can be used.
