Phone is great only thing is..My wife's phone (zte Imax) speaker won't work is there a setting I have to meds with or do I have to take it to get replaced

HELP PLEASE!
Every time I open my camera or any app like Snapchat that requires a camera it says "camera disabled, unable to connect..." I've restarted my phone multiple times even back to factory settings and it still won't work. Any help?

I have the phone with metro unlimited plan, the first month the phone was great, super fast and no problems, now everything is lagging and it is pretty annoying, but the phone in itself not many complaints

I have a ZTE ZMAX (MetroPCS) phone. I am wondering if it has the same exact same feature as the iPhone to where they have the Flash Notification to where friends and family members who either call or send text messages it flashes... does anyone know where I can fine this feature on my ZMAX
