Just bought this phone for my husband and he loves it. The only issue we're having is getting downloaded music to play on the phone. The music is on the phone but we keep getting an error message saying it can't be played. I've had several android phones Samsung and LG and have never had this problem. Any ideas what could be going on.

Hey do any of you know why my zte zmax won't let me talk on the phone without it being on speaker. Like I tried to put an aux chord into the headphone jack and the little headphone icon will not turn off and I can't listen to headphones or hear my videos or anything without it being on bluetooth help!!

I use it for a month, I am satisfied with an internal memory of 16 gb and 2 gb ram, not bad . View the size of the screen also . I should add that I use, I did not buy new, and the battery is great.

My ZTE MAXX need privacy protection password to unlock..i was'nt noticed where ths password coming from...i can't even chat with my friend.plz help me to get that password...

I have had 2 zte zmax phone this have been by far the worst phone I have ever have... Both phones have drop calls with great 4g reception showing codes 330,156,25 whatever they supposed to mean and blank out on there own I'm on my 3 phone now and its doing the same thing as my last 2 and spoke with the manufacturer they asked my to mail them my phone without sending me a replacement and both phones were still under manufacturer warranty and Metro psc warranty and neither party resolve my problem....😈😈

Tried to mount my 64g SD card and it says card blank or unsupported. But it takes the 2g card and mount it. Is there a certin type of card to use or is the 64 to big if so what size should i use
