Finaly i found skype verzion for alcatel its working not crash but i dont tested video call i have alcatel 985 Cheers i Hope someone will help this Cheers :)

Alcatel give the possibility and make biger phones like example the IPhone. I dont hate you but i have no problems with Alcatel.

my OT-991D has arrived and I tested it with this compatible version Skype_1.0.0.659.apk downloadable from the net and with Vtok. No videocalls with skype but with vtok front and rear camera are working in videocalls. I had some problems with Tango, it said that the app isnt compatible, maybe I was wrong in something or 991D and 991 are different. I also tried with Google+ for the vcalls without success.

If your phone's CPU is not compatible, Skyp will keep crashing/looping at login!*. I thing that ot-991 have a ARMv6.

I have found this modded version of skype on xda developers forum: [APP][MOD][2.3+] Skype 2.8.0.920 (v16).
you should force the video call and more settings are available than the official version. it could be another possibility for the the OT-991(D).

wow so Tango is working! did you use the front face camera too?
tomorrow I suppose to receive the dual sim version, the 991D, and I will try to use also Vtok and Google+ to make video calls. Did you try Vtok, google+ apps or others for video calls?

Did someone find the way to activated front led notification with some application (for missed call).
