i've seen this phone in Memo Xpress in SM Cubao, it costs 8,999 pesos but if you'll pay in cash they will slash 750 pesos. the phone really looks great however, im not sure of the complete specs, the sales clerk told me that it's 5mp camera but here it says 3.15 mp only

Dude the cell phone is not only to do with skype calls
For you if you do not make calls with skype is not a good phone;
What are you writing now ... and for my I do not care if make calls with skype ..... I do not care.
But all other that each user requests from a mobile to do very very well to say.
For the money it costs is excellent.

I wrote Alcatel and the comfirmed it does not support Skype Video Calls.
Very weird to bring out a phone in May/June 2012 that does not Support Skype Video Calls.
So please stop only talking about the looks of a phone.
Yea.. It looks good but you can't do nothing with it.. I would have paid an extra 20 Euros or USD for this phone if it at least did support Skype Video Calls..

wow..i wish i could have this phone for less than 20,000 pesos. When will this be available in the Philippines?? Haha just excited. Alcatel is already becoming a rising star in the mobile industry! Go Go Go!!
